My "official" weigh in is Saturday and I've been jumping all over the place all week. I have to behave tomorrow! Taking my granddaughter out tomorrow and we always eat. I'll just stay away from the carbs. Eating carbs = water retention!

Went shopping and bought my grandbaby a bunch of fall clothes. She got fussy so we didn't go out to eat. I think I ended up buying her 8 outfits and 3 onesies. I found good deals and everything I bought was on sale. I looked for shoes, but none caught my eye. Will need to go to another mall for those. Yes, I spoil her! LOL But she's not going to be a baby forever.

My last weigh in was 194.2 then ttom hit and I retained a whole lot of water.
Today I was 193.9 and hoping I'll be down further tomorrow! Ttom is slowing down and the water weight should be about gone.
I've been out walking more and now that its cooling down some I can get out more. I can't stand being so hot!
May we all be big losers this week!

Sorry been MIA a bit!

Got a lot going on. Been to the dr's a lot. Dunno what the heck is going on but I have almost been on TOM with maybe a few days here and there of a break for about 4 months! So have had lots of tests done and they have decided to put m e on hormones for just 6 mo to try to get back on track. weird!

plus been super tired and going to bed early this week. Kids going back to school has been harder on me then them!

I will weigh in on Monday and post. Then break time is over! Time to get serious!

This morning is good day...........187.5 for weigh in.

Amazing what 4 days on plan can do. Probably be a little off plan today, because GS birthday party, but I will minimize it. Actually seeing the scale go down!!

Hope others are having success too!

Oh wow, well hopefully the hormones will help and get you back on track. I can only imagine how frustrating that must be!

Tay - Oh I can relate! Hopefully you'll see a bigger drop this week with the extra water weight leaving.

I'm down .6. My tom was here last week..ugh Well at least it's a loss. Actually, considering I had 3 sick kids at home last week, I'm pretty happy with that...LOL.

So starting weight 220


will see what next Monday brings

Actually just going to try to get some sort of routine down and system for diet. I am having surgery on the 20th to remove about a golf ball size lump on both sides of my ribcage. After that i will begin adding easy work outs. Walking and such. With the weather getting colder I am missing the pool! =(

Lotus - I'm just seeing this now, I hope your surgery went well. Sending you a big

Things are calming down here finally. We had all 3 sick a few weeks ago, then my husband and I caught it. Sometimes it feels like it never ends! Thankfully we're all healthy now.

I have been staying on plan 6 days per week.

Last night, I just couldn't stop eating, even though I knew I should. It was only Triscuits, so not really unhealthy, but now I cannot blow Sunday........that had been my free day....

Glad you're feeling ok. I imagine it is hard to sleep. It would drive me nuts because I sleep on my side.
Never tried triscuits. They just don't look good to me.

The Garden Herb ones (salty) are my favorites. I think the salt has a lot to do with it

Hellers say we should take weekly average weights.......................does that work for you, or just one day per week weigh in?

I probably should....might shame myself into losing weight!

Hey everyone - Down 1.5 this week! Hope this trend continues.

I've been on a wheat thin kick the past couple of weeks. Ranch flavor to be exact. It's so hard to eat just one serving! I could seriously polish a box off...haha.
