Good morning,

How was everyone's week? We were pretty busy with doctor appts, etc. 3 more weeks till vacation! I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel...lol.

I'm down .6 today. I'll take it!

Your have a great few weeks!

Been busy around here to. Have family for the weeekend and they just left. I am super tired now

I am going to just start posting my weight on Wed. Since that is when i weigh in at tops.

That is amazing!!!! Oh yeah every .7 counts!


I have been so horrible. I feel like crud too! I always end up letting too many carbs sneak back in and then I am tired and bloated all the time!

I am up 2 this week!

It's been pretty quiet here, just wanted to check in with everyone. Y'all still there?!

I can't believe I forgot to check in last week, sorry! I feel like I've been running nonstop this week. Next week we are going on vacation. I'm so ready to get out of town for a few days! After that is back to school stuff and then the kids start on the 27th LOL. They are ready to go back though and see their friends.

I haven't stepped on a scale in a couple weeks, so tomorrow should be interesting

Oh jeeze me too! I have hardly been on here just too much going on!

Back up to 191 after fairs and bad eating. But I don't feel too bad....DH was up 7 lbs in 1 week, and I am up 1...................but we are both going to pay attention for awhile, so we can bend over again!!!!!!!

Guess I would have to say starting over again......

Rough week, and I know better than to not check in daily......easy to ignore.

Had class in Des Moines last thursday, and always eating what provided does me in. And only 1/2 hr allowed, so have to eat what is there. Panera bread 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad, but then Fri Sat out of control......

Not sure if due to carbs, or just tired of going nowhere on the scale.......don't give a #*#! attitude has been plaguing me, and not sure where it is coming from, or how to get it back under control. But admitting it is the problem is probably a start......

I keep bouncing around, but my goal is 5 lbs a month. I know how slow I lose bc I like to eat and exercise is very limited. I do my best.

weigh-in

My weigh-in this week- I lost 1/2 lb., not much. But hanging in there. I'm having trouble with bagels! I love them ! But, I know alot of carbs. Should I be tracking my carbs and calories or just the carbs?

LOL I am laughing even answering this because if I knew I would have lost weight by now!

I think it depends on what plan you are doing and also how much you have to lose. If your doing atkins or any of the low carb plans I suppose you need to count carbs. Then is depends on what diet plan you are following to determine the carb level to stay under. If your just starting and need to lose a lot the consensus around here seems to be you should not have to count cals until you are closer to goal and then they will come into play more.

I am just regurgitating what I read on this site though!
