I took a hit from Cinco de Mayo tamales & guacamole, but I don't think it will be serious, Sarge.

I'll work 3 days this week, weighing hours earlier so that's bad! But it will all work out in the end!

Have a great week, Sarge & troops!

Maintained over the weekend- Actually I'm down a half-pound from Friday- Weekends are hard for me as I have expounded upon before, so I'm satisfied today. Mark that on your calendars! (Just don't tell my husband! )

Have a great day!

I've been good too. I've been working so hard, I had a loss for 7 straight days, until today. TOM should have been here yesterday though, and I want to slow down the weight loss now anyway. Have to add back more foods and do the pre-maintenance thing.

Hey all!

I am alive!! I had my 15 month old niece all weekend and other things with my own kiddos. Needless to say, I had NO time to get on the computer and check in. I have also been awful with my eating and haven't weighed for a while. And on top of that TOM is in full swing and making me miserable. I really do need to get back into things, but am having a hard time with all that is going on. I keep saying I will start tomorrow, but that never happens. I need to get to the store and stock LC foods for me. I am just eating whatever right now. I know I am only up a couple of pounds, but that is how it starts, right? I am super busy again this week, but will make it a point to get on here for support.

Now i need to go catch up on sleep.

Yes, that is how it starts Stacey. I did something similar for a couple of days recently and briefly saw 130 again. Keep checking in here and we'll help you stay straight.

I have been so so good, and got back on ****** for now, stopped eating coated nuts and frozen coconut milk (commercial kind), no sweet potato chips, even w the expeller pressed oils, and only 1 wine on the weekend in the form of a spritzer with club soda. Also, I have been entering my dinner stats in ****** before dinner, not after, to help me stay straight.

This morning, 127.6, a whoosh for me and the lowest I've been since 1986 or so and only briefly then..had to record this in case I lose it before Thursday.

Good day fellow soldiers!! You guys are absolutely the funniest bunch I know!!

I wasn't MIA, my husband decided on a last minute camping trip, and although the campground said it had WIFI... I couldn't get on it. Guess I'm not on the communications team either Jillanne!!! That wasn't sarge in the tent, it was ME!! Actually, we were roughing it in the camper...I felt like such a cheater with my Micro and fridge, while we were surrounded by people in tents...in the rain...

I did allow myself an OP treat once a day... and even so I am down 2 lbs over the weekend. Must have been all the walking and swimming and casting of fishing reels. Did I happen to mention I caught the only fish?? DH is still grumbling about "the girl" !!! I named the fish Harvey before I let him go which brought a mumble of " thats why you don't take girls fishing.."

Jillanne, so happy for you and your puppy... I agree, nothing like puppy breath, I miss my old girl sooo much. There WAS a puppy on freecycle this week, hmmmm...and I'm with NH.. carpets be damned!! I've heard of crazy cat women, can I be a crazy dog woman??

Texas Cowgirl, truely a perfect picture of a little cowgirl!! and the veggies.. yumm!! But Sarge is right.. parm cheese is a wonderful substitute. I love Okra!!!

Margaret, so glad you had a wonderful time with your friends! Nice job staying in control.

Girondet.. love the new picture! You look positively slim!!

Yay! Hoping it sticks for you!

Lizzie on secret maneuvers with DH

Haha on the roughing it! I've one too much of that! It's lost the "romance" ...if it ever had any! I want comfort now!

LOL on the fish! Yay you! Harvey! Love it.

Yes, you can be the crazy dog lady!

Sounds like the troops are holding it together! Yay! We might just have a terrific weigh in

Lizzie's fish reminded me of this. How many remember it?

She's pretty cute. Good thing... cuz I apparently blacked out how much WORK a puppy is!!!

Welcome back to civilization Lizzie! Sounds like you were really roughing it out there! And so proud you caught the only fish!

Girondet--- WTG! SOOOOOO happy for your whoosh!!!

Stacey--- I have been using ************.com--- it's really been helping!!! I am sure it is similar to ******. I have been able to increase my carbs from induction level- but also monitor cals and fats and it has been working so far.

And a confession: Tonight I went over all of those categories (cals, carbs, fat) for girls night out, but I hope I can flush with water tomorrow and redeem myself for Thursday. We shall see. Been a good girl otherwise...

Happy Hump Day (tomorrow) everyone!

That is one cute lil puppy! I am not a dog person at all, but I can see why others love them. But they are a lot of work!

Jill, I used to use my fitness pal too, but like ****** better. Today, I am plugging everything in to ****** and getting back in the game. TOM is almost over, so I can refocus and not be bothered by cravings.

Thanks for the support, y'all!

Good luck with the training. (I forgot how much work it was also when we got Curly.) My best advice is to be consistent. And as hard as this will be, do NOT let the kids get her crazy in the house - outside when playing, fine, but in the house she should be calm.

Also the razor-sharp puppy teeth, if she still has them, REALLY hurt. Monitor the little ones closely while she's in her baby phase. Also, she will become most attached to whoever feeds her. I would let the kids take turns, if possible.

I love puppies/dogs.

Here you go Jill:
I even hate to sleep in a hotel bed since we got our memory foam mattress. Even got one for guest/DGS's room!

Pups are a lot of work. Our big pup (RIP) was so easy, it spoiled us! The 2 we have now are such rascals!

Be careful Lizzie! The enemy lurks!
