OK enough about me .. here's some shout-outs.

On the Men discussion My DH since he's been out of work does all the cleaning which I love and most of the errands except grocery shopping. He is great at it, cleans baseboards, ceiling fan blades, shoe shelves, etc. He has a great routine, linens on Monday, dust vacuum one day, bathrooms, etc. so it all stays nice. I LOVE it !! He also grills and can cook some basics for himself. Today he made hamburger helper which he had for lunch and dinner... I said since I'm pretty much out of calories I'm not cooking and he was OK with that - Yeah !!

Laura Oh I hate when that happens when you cook something new and it doesn't come out as planned, frequently with me GRRRR.

Misty Thanks for the kind words on Razzoo. I think it is day to day. Today more throwing up and now not eating again and she is just laying in the breeze from the screen door sleeping. I wish that she will pass in her sleep peacefully if she's not going to get better.

Heather Hey kiddo, what's going on over there? How are you and the girls? What kind of activities are you doing? We miss you ! Take Care OK.

Gab You made me laugh about the dentist breath ... glad you are almost done with that !! Glad Sam is doing so well too.

Lory We are thinking of you and praying for you !! Check in when you can.

Tory Sorry you've had such an overwhelming week of work !! I don't have those like I used to with my former oger boss, but I remember. Plan something nice for yourself for the weekend.

I'm going to pack breakfast and lunch and SNACKS, beloved SNACKS ... for tomorrow and then check back. I have salmon for DH to grill for dinner so that will be easy, but I need to get where I'm steady keeping my hunger away and metabolism hopping especially with no exercise this week. I''m hoping to get in some workouts over the weekend and get my groove back next week.

Sorry if I missed anyone - be back in a few for one more check in !!

Here's a visual to do when she comes over:

- Visualize your entire body is surrounded by mirrors facing outward and white light is outside those mirrors. Whatever negative energy is directed towards you will bounce back to the giver.

Jo, - Force Field - hahahhah - that's GOOD! Go Darth Vader !!!

Her and her B/F words/actions don't seem very intelligent. Ask her if she can afford a wash board like the women used in the 1930's.

Someone shot my SIL's basset hound dog Sunday..She thought it was a dog fight the dog came home mangled....She took it to emergency vet and they kept the dog overnight...Found out it was SHOT! W/a shotgun...Poor doggy.
They sewed and repaired the dogs neck and had to cut off half her ear due to the damage...She's on pain meds...
Guess the dog got out of her yard and went into someone elses w/out her knowing it till the dog came home. She lives out in the country like we do.

Ask her to do your laundry while she's at it. She owes you bigtime for letting her use your washing machine.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww So sad. Poor animals. The one thing I don't like about summer here is there is more dead animals on the road. In the winter, it's bad enough to be deer. When it warm, it's dogs, cats, racoons, skunks, groundhogs. When I drive for work, I am saying "bless your soul" out loud. I feel so sad for them.

Hi. I'm so behind--I just read from my last post and I'm LOST on the WOEs. I do vaguely remember something about eating 400 cal at each meal and then stop--is that right? And I saw the new cookbook, a sugar-free one, but then somebody mentioned another one or two...I think my brain is in shut-down mode, just trying to protect itself!

Just being a bad friend right now. I've a friend here in town wrestling with a totally nasty divorce (I mean he is VICIOUS) and haven't seen her in about 3 weeks--must must get with her soon. You all please know I'm thinking of you! I have the link open in my browser so if I get a minute I can check in, but I'm not getting those minutes!!!

My desk is just piled high. Today and tomorrow are Bossman's last days. Bosslady is gone. I leave early tomorrow. Tonight is Bossman's farewell thingy, dd's dance class and a meeting dh must attend. My hair is just horrid and needs cutting. Will try to do something about that over lunch, maybe...still have to pack for the overnight. One of the cars is still in the shop.

Bossman is here and it's after 8--GOT TO GO!

I think I'll make new recipes once or twice a month on Sundays and use them for my lunches or freeze them. No reason for me to get bored on frozen WW lunches and orowheat sandwiches when I can do it that way. I am enjoying them now, but I do like variety.
Good Morning!

Tory: Hope you get time to do everything you want to do today.

LV: I have the COOK this Not that - not sure if you meant that but mine has loads of recipes and they look simply scrumcious. Baked Fried Chicken, Mac and Cheese, Chicken Chili - all comfort foods made healthier. They aim for taste in lower calories. Most recipes are 350 and under. American and Ethnic foods. They have a few dessert items but not a bunch. Apple Crisp, Fruit bars that are so low in calories that I think I'll buy some popsickle molds. I wanna get in to the other 2 books I bought. I think 400 calorie Fix will be next.

In an hour I must leave for my appointment. I hope it goes well. Nothing to be nervous about yet since the tests weren't done yet. I was reading up on Estrogen Dominance which the other guy doctor said I had (without giving me the test) and there is a laundry list of bad diseases that can happen with that, nevermind the weight gain. When he put me on Prometrium (progesterone to balance the estrogen because progesterone is low w/this) I gained 5 lbs the 1st week and was so sleepy I was staggering when I walked. I stopped just short of the 1st round. This doc said I cannot take it anymore.

Yesterday my calories were 553 according to ******. 11g fat, 47g carbs and 55g protein. I just wasn't hungry and after the Italian feast the day before, I thought I'd better rein in. I didn't even snack after supper last night. But I don't expect any weight loss because my belly is still poofy.

I saw BL last night. Is everyone caught up with it this week? I won't talk about it till I know.

Okey doke, going to read. BBL Have a great day everyone!

Well it is back to the dentist for me this morning. The temporary I got yesterday didn't set right so it was already loose last night. I have two weeks before the crown is permanent and I don't want to end with an infection if food should get stuck...so back I go to have it put in again. Sigh. Then if the rain holds off, I'll be out for a walk with Sam this afternoon.

I have to get the dishwasher going and do some laundry today.

I love watching Sam play and seeing him figure things out for himself. I guess I am used to working with teens where the stuff they figure out isn't as evident as a baby.

Tori - don't worry about us, we know you are busy and will catch up when you can. Adding us to your list of stresses is a no-no.

Linda - hope all goes well with your doc.

Jo - I think I would hide from your neighbor - go get "lost" on the property or tell her I like to do naked yoga or something lol. Or maybe say since you are here you can clean for me. enjoy your peaceful time

Pretty nice day today, so going to do some cleanng. Went to help my friend this morning at her church. They give free clothes away from 10-12 am. Really had a good time folding and sorting clothes to put on the racks. Now I know where to donate mine.

Jo glad your back is alot better. You should take it easy the next few days to keep it that way. I finished BL too. I watch it on the day it's on.

Tori I know you've been real busy but I hope you can take a little you time and get your hair done today.

Gab ss you have to get your tooth redone. Hope the dentist used mouth wash this time.

Linda gl at your Drs appointment, hope they find out what wrong and get it staighted out.

Teresa I know what your saying on wishing Razzoo to just go in her sleep. It's so hard. My heart breaks everyday with my Ally. She cries all the time because she thinks she's hungry. There's times I have to just go sit outside to clear my head. But vet said she's not in pain. She'll be 19 in Sept. You have it worse with the bathroom issues.

Heather and Lory how you doing, hope you get a chance to check in.

Hey, another quickie.

Dog was SHOT? WHOOOOO would do that? To a basset? Is that what I read? My goodness--never have seen a vicious, charging basset. Will he be all right?

Gab, soooo sorry on the tooth. Dental work is the pits.

THANK you all for the kind words. I am supposed to be working NOW 'cause I did go out and get my hair cut. Looks great--but we'll see what happens once I have to do it myself.

This weekend will be anything but relaxing...heading out of town tomorrow; will be baking one cake tomorrow night and decorating my sister's house for the party Sat. Bake second cake Sat morning, plus all of us clean up all our junk and re-pack the car so sis's house is clean for the onslaught of guests (about 30 or 35, plus lots of littles). Have to pick up flowers, cookies and some other stuff Sat, too. Then am taking all out to lunch so we don't mess up house. Guests to come 1:30 -4. Then we pack up gifts and head back HOME. Dinner out AGAIN.

Sunday I will collapse. Just collapse.

Back to work and yes, I won't worry about you all. With Bossman gone next week, I am hoping things will slow down jest a bit and I can get caught up 'cause he won't be here to generate MORE, ya know? Talk to you all on the flip side--
