HI everyone!! Totally interested in being a part of this thread. Just started back on low carb last week. I did it before 11/2010 and dropped either 12 or 13 pounds during induction. Kept at it for about 2 months and was 5 pounds from my goal weight and CRASH!! Started it again sometime in 2011 and lost 9 pounds during induction but didn't last even a month. So here I am again, hopefully wiser about how to go about this. I've been keeping a daily weight log since I started so here it goes:

April 3 167
April 4 164
April 5 162
April 6 161
April 7 159
April 8 159
April 9 158
April 10 158
April 11 156
April 12 155
April 13 156

Not really sure what I want my goal to be for April. Sometimes (for me) setting a goal puts undue pressure on me to meet it and then I beat myself up (with food) if I don't accomplish it; despite how well I do. So if it's ok, can I just enjoy the ride and see what I can accomplish by the end of this month?

I've been drinking 90oz of water daily, eating cooked spinach with olive oil at least once a day almost daily, and doing 10 minute bouts of exercise a few times a day. Constipation was a problem for me my first go round and it was mentally and physically aggravating, but so far I've been able to go an average of once a day. Any advice about anything low carb would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for this thread! : )

Naeemah74....Looks to me like you are doing a good job. If a set weight goal isn't for you, don't set one. We all have to decide and do what works best for us. My goal is usually to "do my best" OR "to stay on plan" or something like that. I don't set weight goals either.

WOW! down 5.3 pounds in 3 days all because of this meat and egg fast.... oh boy do I love it! I am so excited!!! Today is an awesome day... it's my father in laws birthday and the day I finally got to see ONEderland on the scale in YEARSSSS! This was a special year last year too because it was the day my son took his first steps (1o months) and learned how to walk. I will always remember April 15th!!! Also I might add that I went out last night and "party'd" till 4am SOBER!!! I knew I was too close to risk it and I think I had the most fun ever... definitely worth it.

I don't weigh daily because it drives me but I'd like to weigh whenever I feel the urge just to be accounted for.
