HI everyone!! Totally interested in being a part of this thread. Just started back on low carb last week. I did it before 11/2010 and dropped either 12 or 13 pounds during induction. Kept at it for about 2 months and was 5 pounds from my goal weight and CRASH!! Started it again sometime in 2011 and lost 9 pounds during induction but didn't last even a month. So here I am again, hopefully wiser about how to go about this. I've been keeping a daily weight log since I started so here it goes:
April 3 167 April 4 164 April 5 162 April 6 161 April 7 159 April 8 159 April 9 158 April 10 158 April 11 156 April 12 155 April 13 156 Not really sure what I want my goal to be for April. Sometimes (for me) setting a goal puts undue pressure on me to meet it and then I beat myself up (with food) if I don't accomplish it; despite how well I do. So if it's ok, can I just enjoy the ride and see what I can accomplish by the end of this month? I've been drinking 90oz of water daily, eating cooked spinach with olive oil at least once a day almost daily, and doing 10 minute bouts of exercise a few times a day. Constipation was a problem for me my first go round and it was mentally and physically aggravating, but so far I've been able to go an average of once a day. Also I might add that I went out last night and "party'd" till 4am SOBER!!! I knew I was too close to risk it and I think I had the most fun ever... definitely worth it.
