Doesn't necessarily mean you're going to lose everyday, and that .6 lbs is most likely not fat. Lots of things can affect the scale: water intake (or lack of), TOM, prescriptions, new exercise routine, bathroom issues, change in humidity, the list is endless.

Here are my fluctuations for April: down 1 lb, up 1.5 lbs, down 1 lb, so I'm up .5 lb from Sunday. But it will all even out in the end.

Just be patient and that .6 lb will go away and take some pesky friends with it.

My goal weight for April is 193 (boy does it feel good to finally have a target goal in the 100's and knowing it's not that far away!!)

Week One
Sunday 4/1 --------------- 203.7 (dehydrated from alcohol)
Monday 4/2 --------------- 205.3 (knew I'd gain today but less than I thought!)
Tuesday 4/3 --------------- didn't weigh
Wednesday 4/4 ------ 204.8 ( still up 1.1lbs from my lowest which I probably shouldn't even be counting since it was the day after drinking, if so then this would be my lowest weight without being dehydrated, which I guess I can take that... I just really wanna see 202 by now.. im tired of bouncing around.)

I'll be back home this evening and will be weighing in tomorrow morning. I'm almost afraid to see the results of being gone for 5 and a half days.


Today's Meditation really makes sense.

Hmmmm....Now to find some exercise I really like. I love horseback riding, but don't have a horse. I like to swim but don't have a pool. I love sitting under a tree reading, but I don't suppose that really qualifies as exercise. Hmmmm.....Guess I'll have to think of something.

Does "thinking" qualify as exercise?

What I do is read on my recumbent bike...I love to read so I can just kind of mindlessly exercise while doing that! I used to read while on my manual treadmill...sure wouldn't want to do that on a motorized treadmill, though!
