My goal for the next week is to get to 235. Week Two Sunday 4/8 241.4 Monday 4/9 Tuesday 4/10 241.4 Wednesday 4/11 Thursday 4/12 241 Friday 4/13 240.6 Saturday 4/14 240.6 Week Two - Total of 11.8 pounds. Week Three Sunday 4/15 239.6 Monday 4/16 Tuesday 4/17 Wednesday 4/18 Thursday 4/19 239.2 Friday 4/20 Saturday 4/21 Not sure why scales not moving - watching carbs carefully and it shows in my blood sugars and insulin usage which is down to about 1/3 of what it was before I started this on 4/1. Blood sugars top out in 110's usually 1-1.5 hours after eating. I've had to keep turning my basal down. The bottom line is, that is great all by itself. I'll just keep plugging along. |
