Not sure why scales not moving - watching carbs carefully and it shows in my blood sugars and insulin usage which is down to about 1/3 of what it was before I started this on 4/1. Blood sugars top out in 110's usually 1-1.5 hours after eating. I've had to keep turning my basal down. The bottom line is, that is great all by itself. I'll just keep plugging along.

My goal weight for April is 225 (began daily tracking with the April board on 4/9 at 236.8)

Week 3
Starting fresh again after battling the carb monster last week. Lost track of my bouncing weights but I got as high as 239 during my carb-isode.
