Hey ya'll. I've been MIA for about a week, I'm smack in the middle of exams. All the same I've had a great week, stayed on plan except for some minor deviations here & there. I'm so excited!! I started the week at 195.8 and am now at 193.2. So I think my stall has been broken. Although I didn't do an egg fast I came close and I think this may be the key for me right now. Yesterday's meal went like this:
B- crustless quiche and coffee with splenda and hwc L- 2 cubed pork steaks and about 4 brussel sprouts with butter. S- bacon D- 1 fried egg and more bacon. I drank lots of water too. I also jumped on the elliptical for a little while. I may try to repeat this process over the weekend or do something close to it. I would love to start out Monday at 189. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. |

I am still here, just been crazy busy but I have GOT to find the time to be here more often! I have stayed on track.. not strayed and doing well. I lose really slowly. I am "officially" down a pound but I am sure it is more like maybe 2-3 because it's my TOM. I will be excited to see what the scale shows in a week to 10 days! Also I am at my 30 pound loss finally (again) and well into my 10% lost which makes me very proud! Summer's Coming!!! ![]()

I weighed this morning and I'm am back to exactly what I weight last Friday.
So one long weekend(4 days) off plan cost me a whole week. I'm not going to say it wasn't totally worth it, but I sure hate losing the same weight over and over. I'm sticking to plan this weekend so that this Monday I will show an loss and not a gain. |

Hey everyone! Checking in today. Was at 190.2 after some overindulgence on Wednesday and an evil wrestle with some Mexican food (I think the food definitely won) to top the evening off. Of course immediately gained 4 pounds. In the back of my mind I was wondering if I could rev my system up and then have a faster weight loss after the water weight left, but alas, it seems like a failure. Oh well, should be 189 tomorrow... The rest of you guys are doing GREAT! I can't believe how fast everyone is losing weight. Keep it up

I woke up this morning to find a 2 lb loss on the scale, down to 235! So very excited! Now, I just need to focus on the goal and not celebrating in this small victory!
Yesterday's food: B - remaining egg salad; coffee L - sub wrap of turkey, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, mayo; diet coke D - 1 trip to the Ruby Tuesday salad bar (that was tough!) of broccoli, cucumber, zucchini slices, ham, blue cheese; 3 glasses of unsweet tea I hope everyone has a great afternoon! |

Well I'm at 192.8 this morning. The scale is finally moving in the right direction...just not as fast as I'd like. It's weird how much faster it moves when it is going in the wrong direction. Hope you have a happy Saturday everyone!!

Back down to 189.8 this morning, a number I have become extremely familiar with
Going very clean today. Omlet for breakfast, steak and salad for lunch and dinner. Going to Hawaii in less than 2 week and I'm trying to shoot for 184.9 at least. Let's see if we can make this happen. |

Good morning!!! So I made it to my folks yesterday, and stayed on plan! My mom bought lots of meat eggs and veggies for me and we had a great low carb dinner!
Now as for the scale... I'm keeping her scale!!! Lol. I guess I am just going by pounds lost here. Cause on one scale I was 229.2 and the other I was 233-234 (non digital scale). So I am using her digital scale and tracking pounds lost this week! |

Congrats to everyone's weight loss! I didn't get up at my usual time but the scale still shows a .5 loss - now at 234.5!
Yesterday's eats: B - celery & peanut butter; ginger tea L - lettuce wrap with turkey, ham, avocado, sprouts, diet coke D - (Mayflower Restaurant) broiled platter of whiting, scallops, shrimp with steamed broccoli, unsweet tea. I've not exercised as much as I'd like this week - kinda lost my motivation for some reason. Maybe the additional loss will motivate me. |

Lost a pound since yesterday (that usually is followed by a slight gain, so we'll see.) Loving the new wii balance board we bought - it is so cute and so much fun - that you forget you're exercising. That's for me!

The wii board came with one - that's the one I'm using right now - seriously addicting
![]() The only other we bought was the 'EA Sports active personal Trainer' and then we have the one that came with the wii itself - which is cute and fun all on it's own too. I want to get the Biggest Loser DVD that had Tara as an avatar - but I don't know what to look for. There's SO many out there. |

Eh, I'm up a bit today, 225.0, but its to be expected. I had a calorie/carb up day yesterday, nothing major, but more than I eat throughout the week. I need days like that to keep me going throughout the week. I had also been a little backed up
so today, water, coffee, exercise (took yesterday off from that too), and lots of fiber![]() Any way you look at it, I'm down 6lbs from last Sunday right now, and that's just not bad lol. I'ma hoping I can see the teens next week. 220.4 is my all time low on low carb, and 215 is my ever adult low since grade school. No joke. I'm excited, nervous, and happy. We shall see what tomorrow brings, which is my official weigh in. But I'm excited to possibly see the teens for next week. TOM is due, though, and thats always a rough time for me, and the 21st, 22, 23rd of this month, I'm going out of town for a confrence for work, and I'm really nervous about that. Congrats to all you big losers! You are doing fantastic. |

I'm so sad today! I know that ups and downs are normal and that I can't gain a pound of fat overnight but I was so close to a 201 number and now I'm back to a 203 number. In so mad!!! I also need to "go" but haven't so that's part of it. Extra coconut oil today should do the trick with that. It's so agrivating.

Checking in. Work has been so busy lately I've only had time to visit this site (and other fun ones) on the weekends.
I've stuck to my eating plan but have been lazy about actually tracking the calories. I'm assuming I've been in the range I aim for (1800ish) since I've been eating the same things I always eat I've stuck to my exercise goals - worked out Mon, Tues, Thurs, and today (Sat). I've been doing HIIT type stuff and I'm hooked on the challenge of it. It's a lot more fun than some of the long, slow cardio I've done in the past. I hope I'm building some muscle so I'll look fit as the rest of my weight comes off. Congrats to everyone on the weight losses this week! It seems like there are a lot of them! ![]()

I'm up with the birds this morning and got a pleasant surprise of 188.4 on the scale, a new low. Maybe that awful carby dinner didn't do me in after all.
Congratulations on the 205 Lynne2u ![]() I know when I broke the 200 pound barrier, it was really significant and I swore I would never see that number again. Now I don't even see it at night. Its an awesome feeling and I hope I get to celebrate with you.MsWoods, you are doing so awesome I can't believe how fast your weight is going down. Way to go! Everyone is doing so well! I miss my scale!!! My moms scale is messed up and she is buying a new one today. Lol. I think I am down a pound and a bit. But her scale keeps jumping around. Weighed 4 times this morning... And each time was different. But I have stayed on plan. Forgot my running shoes so this week I won't be doing near as much as I hoped in the way of working out. I'm kinda sad about that and afraid I'm going to have to start my couch 2 5k over again
. But we will see! |
