Back to 203 this morning. Then I got ready for work. All dressed and hair done and was walking out the door and had to use the bathroom (tmi) so I got completely undressed again so I could weigh again. Lmao!!!202.8. Woohoo!!

So this morning I am up .2 to 239.6 but happy I am still seeing 39 there! But I am going to make sure it is gone again tomorrow!
I have a very difficult 10 day coming up though... I am already trying to plan it out. Today lunch with a girlfriend (this place has my fav salad so I should be fine), Tomorrow Tapas and drinks with a group of friends, Friday I'm in the car driving 4-5 hours with my son to go visit my parents for the week... Now next week will be sooo hard as My mom is a carbaholic - so I already called her and asked her to reserve me a small place in the fridge for my meat/eggs/veggies, but it won't be easy! |

Also wanted to add that yesterday I buckled down alot. I had coffee and hwc for breakfast, two chicken breasts with lemon for lunch and a steak with green beans and a salad for dinner. I cut my veggies out of lunch and cut the breakfast calories. Perhaps that works better for me for right now.

Morning all, I haven't weighed in yet since my weekend off plan but I can tell the water weight is just about gone. I may brave the scale tomorrow but I think I'm going to wait until Saturday. On plan all day yesterday and today is going to be a good day too. DH is off work so he will be grilling steaks for dinner and we have a "date" for a good long walk with the dogs this evening.
Hopefully I can get a little more sleep tonight, DH kept me up late last night. He said I'm still as beautiful at 40 as I was at 39. I'm a lucky woman.

Sounds like a good guy Wednesday's are my regular weigh in day and I'm down 3 this week to 262. I had hoped for another pound or two. 3.9 pounds a week gets me to my very ambitious goal. But I also know that the 3rd & 4th week in can often be slow (or worse!), so I'm happy to have gotten anything. I have one of the old Health O' Meter dial type scales which drives me insane, but it is nice seeing that little needle head further and further the right direction each week. It just has to keep on movin' ![]()

It's been a crazy week but I have managed to stay ontrack with LC'ing. I have also been getting in some walking since we got a new puppy. (squeal!!). He loves walking and I love walking him so that really helps.
B- quiche and coffee L- low carb pizza made with a cauliflower crust...yummy D- cubed pork steak and brussell sprouts. Snack was 2 strips of bacon Our friends just gave us a couple bottles of wine and am dying to try one but will wait and open one as a reward for getting into the 180's if/when that happens. I'm stuck in the 90's still grr. I may do an egg fast this week to see if that will break the stall. Has anyone done that before? |

LadyPeacock I did the egg fast last time I did LC and I found it worked really well! I can't remember egg-actly (hehe) how much I lost but it did work! and there is LOTS you can do with eggs I still do the egg cream shakes (just froze a bunch of pumpkin in ice cube trays on the weekend for the pumpkin shake).
Oh and congrats on the new puppy!!! What kind of pup is he? |

Our puppy is a boxador. Not what we started out to get this weekend, but fell in love with him at first sight. He is so lovable and acts so happy. We got him and his brother. His brother is for my Dad but it's gonna be hard to seperate the 2 now. |

Day 3 back on plan and feeling really good. I weight this morning and still up a smidgen from Friday's weight.
Oh well, I have already peed twice today(8 am) so I know the last of my water weight is out the door. What I really need to do is get my butt exercising. Right now my nephew is living with us so my treadmill has been shoved into the corner to make room for a bed, so I guess I will have to do all my walking outside. I am amazed at how much exercise some of you gals actually do, it makes me feel lazy. Winter is just not my cup of tea, but once it warms up I will be outside doing something everyday and hiking most every weekend. |

LadyPeacock, congrats on the new puppy! Cathy, I've did a free online workout video for beginners yesterday. It was perfect for where I'm at right now. It was tough toward the end, but I made it. I don't know if we're allowed to post links, but if you google free workout videos online the first result is one for 50 full length workout videos and you can read through them and find one that fits you. I'm going to try to do one at least three times a week, but it really depends on what my back's doing that particular day. I just never know ![]() |

Good morning. I'm up super early stressing over my college aged son. I know it'll all be ok in the end, but man I though this mothering stuff would be easier by now! So, I'm still in my jammies and jumped on the scale in my jammies... It's always hard to judge how much clothes weigh, but seems ok. Still eating on plan so just plugging away.
