SoonToBeMrsV - I too am an addict!!! I am hoping to catch up on it tonight, However I most likely wont get around to watching it until tomorrow night...

Down .2 so now an even 240! ( I was REALLY hoping to see 239 today, But there is always tomorrow!) Today I am going to do day 2 of couch 2 5k, and then I have Zumba tonight... Gonna be hurting tomorrow!
Hope you all have a great day!

Hello lovely ladies! Doing great today. Made a zucchini brownie last night that was really good but may have indulged a little too much The good news is my weight was down .2 today to my lowest in a while of 189.2. This challenge has really helped me be accountable for my food and knowing that I'm going to be posting those numbers here every morning makes it easier to make the right choices, I guess that's why weight watchers works so well. Anyway, I'm going to drink tons of water today like you all suggested and get down into the 170's

SoonToBeMrsV - no shame in the hubby watching it with you... That is why I am not watching it today myself lol He watches it with me, although we never say that in public! And Zumba! Yes I love it too! last week was horrid though, I don't know what happened but I was even less coordinated than usual, and walked out feeling like a failure... but I am looking forward to kicking it tonight, and dancing my butt off!!!

Good morning all. I'm in a much better mood this morning. Took a little trip to the snow yesterday. Weather was amazing! Didn't eat much or drink enough water and the scale didn't budge, though. It's also that dreaded third week in for me. It'll be three weeks Wednesday. Hopefully the scale will move by then! I'll be chugging water with the rest of you

Tonight just dance your booty off & have a blast. I've had nights that I was even more off than usual & felt it wasnt a great workout, too, but just think that any movement is better than none Tonight you'll rock it!

Monday morning weigh-in: 236.6. This means I have lost 6 pounds since we started, but I am wrapping up my second week of induction, so I am bracing for the loss to slow down. I have been super sick the past couple days, and had company in town, so I am proud of myself for staying on track.

Happy Monday! Back from the JROTC comp and sorry to say I did not stick to plan this weekend. I wasn't horrible but not perfect either. I am not stepping on the scale for a couple of days and I'm not even on plan today. I will get back on track tomorrow but today I'm 40 and I'm eating icecream cake this evening with my family.

In better news.. my son's JROTC team did fantastic! My son is on the physical fitness team and he had his best time in the mile all year. The team came in 5th out of 12 teams. His girlfriend competes in color guard and her team also came in 5th and the rifle team came in 1rst! Over all the kids did fantastic but it was a teary day for all the seniors who are leaving us this year.

I totally hear ya, I'm not doing so hot either. I'm sticking around because it gives me accountability and I really need that. Sure I've done horribly this weekend but knowing I had to come here and tell people kept me reined in somewhat. I want to hear the good and the bad, I need to know I'm not the only one.

MsWoods...
You often post some interesting Gluc pudding flavors... Which is your favorite and how do you make yours?

I was making a caramel one with almond milk that was okay... But I need more ideas.

Bronwyn - Yayy on the Callanetics! I've done 2 hours so far. My goal for this month is 13 sessions.

Zumba tonight at the new gym. It was packed but fun! Since we switched gyms I'll do Zumba on Mon, Wed, and Sat. This Saturday is a Zumba party at the Y which I'm definitely going to if it's open to non-members.

Callanetics on tap for tomorrow!

My ketosticks are testing negative. I have no idea why. They were purple two days ago. And I feel, idk, like I holding on. It seems like I can tell when my body is letting go and it's just not happening today. I dunno if I can stand another day with no loss especially a day when I'm gonna be IN MY 30s for the first time ever.

Maybe my scale will surprise me. But somehow I'm doubting it.

Good Morning, Lovelies!

Back from out of town. Naturally, no exercise and very little water, but I did stick to eating the right foods! I was in bed at 8:30 last and I don't think I even got up to go to the bathroom!

Here's to a great day with everyone on track with food, water, and exercise!

Yay Bronwyn for staying on track! The weekend and early week seems to be the hardest for me to be good.

Happy Birthday Amgarret616. I saw on another post you are turning 30 and I think you look lovely! I just turned 30 and I'm still wrapping my brain around that but have made my goal to be thin by the END of 30. It makes it a little more palatable.

Had a pretty good day yesterday although I did succumb to a homemade whiskey sour last night. I've been having really good results by raising my calories really high one day and lower the next and this morning was down to a NEW LOW!! 188.8 this morning.

We are leaving for Hawaii in 2 weeks and although I will never be ready for a bikini (thank you 3 children and a c-section scar) I will be fitting into 16's and a few 14.

I'm starting to have a little more energy so can anyone tell me what their exercise routine is? I have a treadmill and a weight machine and also belong to a gym but never manage to get there

Happy Birthday Cathy & Amgarrett616! Am, sorry the scale isn't cooperating for your birthday

Tomorrow is my official weigh in, but I jumped on the scale in my jammies this morning anyway and it was right at 265, but with close on, so I'm hoping for at least a little loss tomorrow.

I had a fantastic birthday with my family and now that I'm officially over the hill, I need to get my weight under control. Back on track today and looking forward to being a loser! For my birthday hubby is taking me to Cabellas to get new Keen hiking sandals, a hydro pack, and a walking stick. Gearing up for hiking season and we already have a few planned. Now I just need to get my butt on the treadmill and start training.

I've been faithfully taking my 5HTP every morning and I can actually tell a difference in my mood and in my sleeping. I may start taking another one in the evenings too.

Good for you, Michelle! That's awesome progress.

I've got a wicked COLD this morning...or maybe it's the plague. I'm not sure. Anyway, it's miserable and I wish it would go away.

Down to 207 this morning. So after 10 days, 8 lbs.! Not too shabby!

This is the easiest Fast-five I've ever done. It's so easy it ought to be illegal. And I KNOW I'm going to get all the way to goal this time!

Hang in there, everybody!

Lynne

You are doing great! I really need some of your motivation with exercise, I've been in a slump lately. I am thinking of getting up earlier so I can do my Callentics DVD and then use the treadmill in the evenings.

Morning!!
First off Happy Birthday Amgarrett!!! Don't stress - 30 isn't so bad!

Brewstate, I just started a couch to 5k last week that I do on my treadmill(intervals of walking and jogging)... I downloaded an app for my blackberry, and it walks you through it. I wasn't sure if I could do it... but I completed day 2 yesterday, and I am already feeling it was a little easier than the day before!

I am a little sore today as I did my 30 min of "training" on the treadmill(doesn't it sound good like that! lol) and then had my hour Zumba class last night, but the good news is...
I am down to 239.4! Slow and steady I guess! Have a great day everyone!!

Happy Birthday Ladies!

I'm holding at 229.6, which I'm actually happy about. I was so hungry last night I was snacking on lunch meat at 1g carb each My carbs were a bit high, and my calories were a little higher than I like. I blame it on the running yesterday morning then doing an intense body step class last night.

My whole body is aching. Muscles that is. Good kind of ache. So I know my muscles are holding on to something.

Today, body combat.

Haven't decided my menu today, so far Coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!
