Boop, Kelly Clarkson?! Jealous!!!!!
I'm down! I'm down!!!!!! I was at 203.0 this morning. That is really exciting for me bc I was really stuck at 204ish for so long. Do I dare complain that my scale could have went the extra mile and joes on over to 202.8? Lol |

I hope you all have a great weekend, stay the plan and enjoy yourselves. Todays menu and tomorrows B: 2 eggs, ham L: egg drop soup S: 2 PB cookies D: cod, berry applesauce Sunday B: Hash, egg S: hard salami, baby swiss cheese L: egg drop soup D: turkey, sf. peaches, maybe a lettuce salad S: if needed: yogurt with granola

. When I did treadmill Thursday I only lasted 20 min! I thought I was going to die... But I finished! |

Forgot to say that the couch to 5k is in 30 min intervals, so although I "did do it" Thursday... I did not complete it... so being able to do the extra 10 min today to actually complete day one is what I am so happy about!!!

I joined this challenge then went MIA, so thought I'd post before more time gets away from me. This week has been very hard for me. I've stayed on plan, no cheats and I've not lost anything. I'm thinking I need to cut back on something... maybe I've had too much cheese or salad dressing. I lack energy. I thought I'd be much more energized after my 2 weeks of induction and that just didn't happen. So I'm hangin' in here. Hopefully next post will be better results.

I do the class. Didn't make it today as hubby had a convention to go to but will make it tomorrow.
I have the DVDs and did those for a while but the class is so much better and it's hard to do Zumba on carpeting at home, really tears up my knees! ![]() |

Yay! Nice job guys!!! I love hearing everyone's successes! Failures, too.... just a reminder that we're all human. I actually haven't eaten today... I'm not a true IF'er, but do have days where I'm just not hungry and time just got away from me today. Dinner's in the works, though (west coast, so only 6:30). Looking forward to a huge salad with some cheese, bacon, & hb egg for protein.

Exhausted but checking in today. Husband had to fix problem at work and didn't come home till 4 AM so he's peacefully snoozing while I'm up with 3 children. Yuck. On the plus side, I was down to 189.4
![]() so a .8 lb loss but I'll take it. I haven't seen 188 in a VERY long time so I'm excited. Going to try to do some yard work today. Hope you ladies have a great day ![]() P.S. I nearly succumbed to a glass of wine last night when I was alone and bored but I held out. Drinking is so hard for me not to do but I'm working on it. So hooray for the small accomplishments. Good Morning, All!
Yesterday was a bust food-wise but there's no use of me whining any more about it. Today is a new day! I did walk about an hour yesterday, though. Today I will be in the car most of the time going out of town so I won't be drinking much water! The same will be true for tomorrow so here's looking to Tuesday and back in my routine. |

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand, made it through the weekend alcohol free. ![]() That's huge for me. Even though me and bf got in a huge fight yesterday for I don't even know what reason. I'm fine and focusing on myself. He can suck it. Today got my water and coffee with me and working on getting it all in. I did exercise at the hotel yesterday morning so I'm proud of that. Today I also plan on yard work and the gym. B-coffee, almond milk, walden farms chocolate syrup, 3 egg whites and Franks hot sauce. L-garlic butter tilapia and lc coleslaw S-cheesy miracle rice D-spanish chicken rice, coleslaw S-lemon rice pudding.

Having a really rough morning... the kind that makes me want to throw in the towel. I won't. I know it wouldn't help anyway. My back's killing me and nothing seems to be going well. Oh-well. If I could do something about it I would. The best thing I can do right now is get this weight off so will keep on keeping on...

Morning everyone!
I am down one more today! now showing 240.6!!! ![]() Seeing the scale move almost daily is really helping me stay focused! We missed supper last night before the concert (which was fantastic) so after it we were both starving and did drivethru Burger king... :s I ordered a burger without a bun (they seemed confused but did it). Today is another busy day and we will be dining out again... but I am just staying strong! I know I can do it!! MsWoods - way to go with avoiding the alcohol! |

Hi there, I meant to join last Monday, but forgot...is there still room for one more? I hope.
![]() Ms Woods - good job on staying away from the alcohol! Peanut butter has become my version of that, I have to cut it out! I need to put it somewhere I won't see it, put it in DH and DS "goodie cabinet" that I don't bother to open. Anway, I am at 211.5 this AM, it's TOM weight that I hope to shed (a good 4-5 lbs) this week, and get back to my signature weight of 207. My goal is to be well under 200 by the end of this month. I need to get faithful with the exercise, I really want to be in a size 12 by the time we go on our cruse at the beginning of May, the only way that'll happen is if I spend the next 2 months working out. I hate it, I am the "body at rest" person, lol, not the "body in motion" type. Food plan for today: Bk= coffee with cream and splenda Lunch= Chipolte chicken bowl with guac, cheese, tomato salsa and lettuce Dinner= Brisket if they have any left @ Whole Foods when I go... ![]()

Oops. I joined this challenge, got really busy with my week and forgot to post again. I'll try to do better this next week.
I stuck to my eating plan all week. This hasn't been my biggest issue lately. For me, it's more challenging to make myself exercise... Well, I exercised 5x this week! Good hard workouts on Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds, and Sat! I do HIIT type stuff because it's effective and doesn't take much time. I've had a cold or allergies or something all week, but decided to exercise anyway since I didn't have a fever. I told myself I'd take it easy if it made me feel worse but it really didn't. This next week, I plan to stay on plan with my eating and exercise on Mon, Tue, Thurs, and Sat. I may try to squeeze in a fifth workout on Weds depending on what time I get out of work. Still a size 16 obviously but I'll definitely update if anything changes in that department since my goal by the end of the challenge is a 12-14.

It's 830 and I've NOT had enough water. I will not lose tomarrow if I don't pound some serious aqua tonight. I'm telling myself this and staring at my water bottle. It's a battle I tell ya!

Checking in
I haven't been able to check in lately, but hope everyone is doing well. I'm at 191 - down almost 3 pounds since starting this challenge. I've been eating a lot of salads for lunch lately. I think it has helped.
I broke down and had a small slice of pizza last night. My stomach felt so awful I don't think I'll be doing that again! Hope you all have a great week! |
