Teresa! Wishing you all the best as you start your journey. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to ask. We're here to help each other I'm about the same this morning. Through sleepy eyes the scale was between 137 & 138... doesn't seem to be wanting to creep back to those 240's and for that I'm extremely grateful! Hang in there everyone & have a great day!!! |

I'm around. Yes I screwed up again this weekend. Sigh. Just waiting for the new challenge. For some reason it makes me more motivated to have a challenge waiting for me. I'm scared to weigh. However, I'm on day 3 clean eating. Mostly meat. I was thinking about trying induction for 2 weeks but counting net carbs. That scared the bejeebuz out of me. I've never counted net carbs, but, my shiratake noodles are 9g carbs, 9g fiber, and I don't even count them as food and eat a ton of them, and they help me lose weight like crazy, so why would any other fiber be different?
It was just a thought, to maybe help me get through this little situation. So whose gonna make a thread for the fall challenge. I love fall btw. Favorite time of the year. I may not weigh straight away and post the weight in that thread, until I get some of this off me. |

You can do it Ms.Woods, but why put off until tomorrow what you can do today??? Why not finish this challenge strong with that 2 week induction you were talking about and then keep it going straight into the new challenge??? Just a thought.
DH is in trouble. He took the last atkins shake this AM and I really wanted one. Butthead. So I had to have a lc bagel that I really didn't want, but had to eat something. UGH!!! I need to get to the store. My nerves are shot today. I need to get it right today. Because I don't like being like this.

Really good point, Melanie! Michelle, you know you'd drop a bunch during that two week induction, too and get you closer to where you want to be at the start of the next challenge.
Sorry about the shake, Melanie <gg> It is awesome that he's doing this with you, though! Hubby did it with me the first time around, but he was awful. Always just a little cheat here a little cheat there and he still dropped weight faster than I did! It was more annoying than anything. lol |

Tami~ Its funny, but he is so strict when it comes to this. I'm glad for him. Besides eating too much on plan foods, he hasn't cheated but 2 times since January. He's a machine. LOL I'm gaining on how much he has lost too.
He was 20 lbs ahead of me, but I'm catching up. |

I cannot believe how far we have all come in just a few months!
I started this challenge at 246, and am now at 211.4! so that is 34.6lb lost! And I feel better, clothes fit me again, and more importantly I have more energy to play with my son! |

Awesome, Heidi & Boop!!! Boop, love the extra energy to play! I'm so impressed & inspired!
I was hoping to take one more pound off my stats to end this challenge this morning. Maybe I should have explained that to my scale <gg>. I'm still at 238, down 31 for the challenge & 40 total. Not bad |

You guys have done fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't weighed, but lets say I'm sitting at 220, that's still 18lbs lost and gone forever and a loss is a loss! (However I did see 207 and I know I'll be 207 again very shortly so that would be 31lbs lost with you wonderful ladies) |

My home computer has a 'virus', according to my husband, so it's off limits until he can get it fixed.
I started the challenge at 238, and today and I'm still stuck at 221. I must put on muscle weight faster than fat weight, but I can tell a difference in my energy, attitude, and appearance! What are we going to call our challenge part deux? I don't want to miss out, though I may not get on the scale as much because it makes me so mad. |
