200.6 today.....still bouncing bouncing, but at least the bounces are getting lower. I'm waiting for the day that the high end of the bounce is under 200 :P

I hear u AmyLiz. As much as I am frustrated with bounces, I'm starting to see that it used to be bouncing with much higher numbers. I'm slowly getting the hang of this. BUT it's definitely not the quick weight loss that I imagined. I need to workout to lose faster. I'm so busy! (excuse!!!!!)

Hey, have u ever tested?!

195.6 today. Down from yesterday.

Holding at the same weight today but only a few days until TOM so I'm ok with that. On a positive note, I was able to go from 4 pm yesterday until 12 today without eating. I didn't think I could do it and I got a little nausea towards the end but was proud at my willpower.

Hope everyone's weekend was great!

Well done guys! I just read through real quick and see some nice new numbers! Yay!!! For those of you holding steady, just hang in there, tweak as you see fit, but stay on plan. The weight loss will come! I was down another pound this morning. So glad the scale is moving again!

Thanks Amanda! Sorry you're stuck... and good luck with that exercise thing! It's something I always mean to do, but... yeah. I have a ton of unpacking, reorganizing and cleaning to do today after the busy weekend, so I'll count that as exercise today. lol Yeah, something like that. Keep at it girl, you know the scale will move.

I'm down two pounds, 189.6

Hoping for another 2 pounds this week...

Exercise is hard for me, too. I just walk in the house, jog in place, use a low stool for my step to increase the intensity. A little bit goes a long way.

Keep up the good work. So glad I found you guys. : o )

This weekend was a disaster. I have been 100% on plan for weeks and as of yesterday morning I was back up a couple of pounds. Of course I figured what the hell and went all out yesterday and ended up way off plan. Halfway through the day I decided to call it a load day and go back to HHCG. This morning I weighed in at 7 lbs higher than Friday morning. I actually weigh more than I did when I started this challenge.

So I'm going to give this another shot and see if I can't get down 15 lbs.

Congrats to those who lost!

I'm down from yesterday, but still up from my lowest. I have a feeling i might be a little "backed up." Gonna try to fix that with some extra CO today

Aw, Cathy... right back on the horse girl. I almost went off plan yesterday too. I was so tired when I got home and so hungry. I didn't really eat much during the day. I didn't really have an appetite, but it all seemed to just hit at once and I was very tempted by stuff that doesn't usually bug me (um pizza rolls? seriously?). I talked hubby into going to the store for HWC and made up my first little (ok, not that little!) desert this time around. It was worth it as a treat, totally hit the spot, and I hope it doesn't cause me any issues. I've vowed to use the HWC in my coffee for the rest of the week to get rid of it. I can be really bad even with LC deserts, which is why I haven't trusted myself with them up to this point, but I guess it was the lesser of two evils last night, cause there were worse things that were handy and sounded so very good! We can do this...

p.s. can you tell I'm totally procrastinating this morning? I have so much to do... lol

Doing great guys! Tami WTG on the weight loss, always a happy occassion! HWC is always better than pizza rolls.

Cathy, I had one off plan day during my vacation plus several not induction friendly drinks and came back 10 pounds heavier I couldn't believe it, but 6 fell off pretty quick (the other 4 I had to work for though). Hang in there it will go down.

Lost another .6 this morning to 185.2. I'm hoping to get down to 183 before TOM but time will see... otherwise my next couple weeks are shot.

I have lost about 10 total pounds since feb 28. So basically 2 months. That sure don't seem like much. I am not gonna hit my goal at this rate. Sniffle. Why o why can I not get motivated to excercise?!?! I know that's my problem!!! I even have a friend who walks 5 miles a day and is begging me to go. It's always an excuse. Sigh

I'm still here, too! I generally don't weigh on the weekends because my eating schedule is always skewed, depending on what we're doing.

Well, back at 223.5 this morning, so I did 1.5 better than I expected!

It's my 30 min lunch here at work, and I'm eating some provalone cheese, turkey, ham, and bacon (sandwich innards) and a large diet coke. Tonight is my hour of cardio and hour of Callanetics. I just can't make myself get up at 5am to work out for an hour.

My husband asked me yesterday if I planned to cheat on my birthday, which is in May. I told him that eating crab legs and/or lobster dipped in real butter didn't qualify as a cheat but that's what I want to eat! I'm aiming to see 215 or so by May 19 but any loss will be a 'gain'!

Congrats to everyone who is losing weight! I don't lose weight fast but the fat didn't grow on my overnight, either! We will get there!!!

Morning ladies! Well afternoon I guess... I am late popping in today because I was just logging in this morning, when my son was getting into something he shouldn't be, so I jumped up to rescue him, and I pulled my back. Hubby almost stayed home it was so bad, but I sent him to work anyhow, and the pain is finally subsiding.
Congrats to all the losers!!!
I am 224 today, still up a little but I have one more Bday dinner out for the hubby tonight then back to M/E tomorrow. Tonight shouldn't be too bad though, it is an upscale buffet that always has 3 meat stations, usually prime rib, turkey etc, and muscles yum!
Stocked up on eggs yesterday... $2.18 for 18 of them! (is it sad that I got excited about that?!?!)
Bronwyn I too want to be 215 by May 23 (my sons 1yr bday) lets do this!!!
Here is to a good week for all of us!!

Good morning everybody!!

Cathy - I feel ya, but really no worries, we've all been there; just start again from now.

I'm pretty sure you didn't really gain 7 pounds yesterday, it's just water. Even if you ate thirty big macs yesterday, which I seriously doubt, how can it really have stuck that fast? I agree with those who say it will all be gone in three days, and no harm done.

Amanda - 10 pounds is still pretty good. And some more, probably, because of yesterday's 6 pound bounce up. So...what, 12-14 lbs. (actually) in two months? That's not bad at all!! You'll get to your goal soon enough that way. (Well, okay, it's never soon enough, I know. )

Tami - good on ya! You're really on a roll now!!

Brew - your scale is moving now, that's a relief. I was afraid it was on strike or something. Or I was afraid you were going to throw it out the window and hurt somebody with it. I mean, where do you go from eggs only?? Come on, scale, have a heart!!

Michelle - I'm glad you're here, I was beginning to worry about you. Your new avatar is BEAUTIFUL.

Keep on trucking, lovely challenge-mates!! Only a month and 2/3 to go!!

Lynne

P.S. Nothing much to report on me. Yesterday my scale said 195, and this morning I realized I'd moved it to a place where I couldn't stand straight on it, I was leaning, which threw it off. So 189/190 this morning.

P.S.S I didn't realize CO would help with the "backed up" problem. Really? That's helpful to know.

Thanks Elise! Congrats on another new low! You're doing so well!

Amanda, even though you're in the 190's, you're so tiny. I wonder if you're body is thinking you're getting close to goal and trying to hang on to what little of you is left? It may just be a little plateau, too? I really hope the scale gets moving for you again soon, but you've come so far & look so amazing. Don't be too hard on yourself!

Michele - Oh My Freaking God! Look at that amazing new profile pic! Wow wow wow! Sorry you're struggling... hope it all passes soon and leaves you feeling better than ever.

Great job Bron! Your birthday plans sound amazing!!!

Boop... ouch ouch ouch... hope your son lets you take it easy for the rest of the day. Back pain is no fun

Lynne, nice job! You're all getting so little! I love it! Oh, and yep the CO works for me, too.

Quick drive-by, I'm so busy these days! Scale holding at 236, I'm good with that for today. Drinking tea like crazy today.

Only 14 lbs from beating my husband to be the first to get 50 lbs OFF!!!! I get $500 if I win! I don't think he's even close!

I lost 6 lbs this month, I was going for 12, but I'll take the 6.

New month coming up, clean slate girls! Let's do it!

Wow 500 dollars?!! Why didn't I think of making that deal with my husband Oh yeah, cause he's smoking me in weight loss and I'm a sore loser. 50 pounds is awesome though.

Amanda, I know it doesn't seem like the weight loss always makes sense but you look absolutely amazing at 196 and much skinnier than I do, so have hope.

MsWoods what an amazing picture, no way I would guess 207. You must be tall!

My good news for the night is my 16's are getting loose so someday I may get to move down to 14's. My bad news is I don't own any 14's. I gave them all away years ago. Poor me has to go shopping

Hello, I'm here. I notice that when I am not doing so well I don't post as much. I haven't eaten off plan but my heart just isn't in it right now. I have been crazy busy and the scale isn't budging. I'm not taking the time to prepare the food like I should and am not eating enough. I really want a piece of pizza. I need to workout this week, but just haven't had the energy or time yet. So thats my story. Trying to get out of this funk. Oh and also really cemented that I am an emotional eater tonight. I felt it and resisted it. Had a crummy evening to do with work and immediately I was wanting DQ and bad fried foods. But I resisted and came home and had a half of a ham steak.
