Oh, sweetie. I know you have more to lose and we all hate feeling fat, but you really do look amazing! No sane person on the street would EVER look at you and think you were anything other than adorable!

I had to add the 'sane' bit for those snotty size zero think they're better than the world type. They'd look at an elite marathoner and think they were fat. Those people soooo don't count! lol

Michelle... I think meat egg fast sounds like a good idea, just a little baby restart. I really hope it works for you. You've done so amazingly well. I hate to see you disheartened

Well done to all of the losers! I really wanted 254 since it was *sooo* close yesterday... yeah, well it was *sooo* close today too. No biggie. Maybe tomorrow.

Lynn2u I totally missed that you finally dropped down into the hundreds and Congratulations

Also MsWoods If you are doing all the right things and GAINING weight I'm absolutely sure being female is responsible. Maybe just do your thing and stay off the scale for a bit. I know its hard but there is no way you are really gaining weight. You are rocking low carb

Floated back down the 1 lb I was up , but no more came off, so stat weight is correct and I am claiming the 30 gone! But more lbs should have come off by now, it being the end of the week and all....

So, taking drastic measures as my weigh-in day is tomorrow morning, I am just having liquids, broth, tea, coffee with hwc, celery sticks with cream cheese, and bang bang shrimp (on salad) today (at bonefish grill), and that's all! That @#$%^&^*&^%$#@ scale better move tomorrow!

Today I'm attempting an meat/egg/fat fast....I guess. I don't know what else to do.

Plan:
B-3 eggs fried in butter with franks, coffee
L-2 hb eggs w/mayo/mustard
D-2 gorton's tilapia filets w/tartar (mayo/dill relish/splenda)
S-2 hb eggs

That should do the trick. If it was me, I would be doing it 2 days in a row to be sure it stays off!

Remember, get and get it off for summer!!

So far I've added in another hb egg, 1 pouch of tuna, another tbsp of butter, and 1 peanut butter chocolate cup. Wait wait, don't think that lol. All it is is pb2, protein powder, coconut oil, butter, and a teeny bit of 99% cocoa bar. All fat 1g carb and delicious

YUM! I love finding all these things that we can substitute! BTW I have made 3 dishes so far with the shiritake noodles...AND I found the real shiritake noodles lol I have no idea what it was that I bought before... they were still super low cal... but I actually like the real shiritake ones better! Love that I found a way to have shrimp alfredo again!

I don't know, they were called Konnyaku noodles... which from what I read are supposed to be the same... but I am just happy I found the real ones since they are even lower calories... coming in at 0!!!!

Still 198. But 198-er than yesterday, so that's good.

Ms. Woods, are your clothes fitting differently? I was amazed last week to find that although my scale said I hadn't lost any weight, and in fact had gained, that by the end of the week I could get into a pair of pants I couldn't get into at the beginning of the week.

Or maybe I stretched the pants out trying them on...

Anyway, I'm very sure it's not FAT going back on you, with all your efforts! It must be...um, a momentary lapse of fiber.

Lynne

P.S. Thank you for the well-wishers to Onederland. It sure feels good to be here!!

Best laid plans.... I had half the order bang bang (shared with DH), 1 crab cake, half the Atlantic charr order, so a dab of au gratin spuds, some garbanzo beans with tomatoes, and just a small bite of bread and buttah.

Oh and 2 small sips of dh's wine. No dessert! Otherwise I did stick to the plan, just celery and liquids. We shall see... I have been losing so steadily this month that I suppose I could be due for a blasted plateau.

Well, I didn't make 229 to start off the month... But I am at 230.6 and I will take it! After being stalled and bouncing for over 10 days in March, I am just happy to see the scale moving down again!

Dag nab it, &@^$%^!!, the *@$%^&*! scale won't move an inch, or an ounce!

Maybe it's because I have some inflamation, I dunno, arthritis/gout has been pretty bad these last few days.

I hate a stall, I have no patience for it. Because of the gout an all protein day is out for me.

Nice Tami

Happy April 1st everoyone!

I don't think I will make my first goal...

I will know for sure on Thursday. I only weigh once a week for another thread.

I am going to drink a lot of water and keep my fingers crossed!

Hi, new person here. I've got to get this weight off and have tried so many things...coming back to low carb. I know my weight is affecting my health (high blood pressure) so have got to get rid of of it. A lifestyle change is what I need, not a diet. Anyways, just adding on to this challenge.

Hi ncgirl - I'm in NC, too!

I have eaten well these last two days but haven't exercised since Thursday. If you count cutting bushes and pulling weeds, then I have exercised quite a bit this weekend! Normally, I would have any least a couple of mixed drinks but stuck with diet drinks instead.

I'm getting a cold so it will be even more important to drink water and keep hydrated.

Hope everyone had a great weekend, and I'll see you tomorrow!

Great Job Boop! I wish I could make any of my goals on time. Very impressive. I was busy busy busy with yardwork all day and ended up eating 1 cup of egg salad at 8 AM (yuck but too lazy to fix breakfast) and a few bites of hamburger pieces picked out of chili tonight at six plus water and a little diet soda. I demand tens if not hundereds of pounds lost tomorrow

I'll be waiting...

Way to go Boop!

I have to tell you, dropping weight this morning really motivated me to stay on track today! There's a decadent cake from a great local bakery sitting in my fridge. I can't even tell you what kind it is, because I refuse to look at it! But, I have teenage boys here, so hopefully it'll be gone soon! I know we shouldn't be motivated by the scale, but I'm down 25 pounds and I am not putting it back on! Had long discussions about weight, diet, etc with my mom today which is always annoying. She's the type that 'just can't do that' because... fill in any excuse here. And of course my WOE is not healthy, but eating the exact same tuna pouch I was eating and adding crackers is somehow better? Seriously, I've done this for long periods three times in the past. You'd think she'd just give up by now. lol

I can not tell u how many times I have had these same conversations with folks. "I can't do that bc of..." "I just can't give up my..." "I'd die without ..." all the while telling me how jealous they are of my loss or how they so desperately wish they could do this diet. I also hear this about excercise. There is always an excuse for something you don't want to do or don't want to put effort into. The really sad thing is that this woe, takes so little effort once u have detoxed.

And boop, HURRAYYYYYY!!

Yay Bronwyn!!!

Amgarrett, isn't it the most annoying thing? It just gets so old.

I'm the same today, but didn't have enough water yesterday and at least didn't bounce up today. I'll take it

Hope everyone has a great week!
