Michelle... I think meat egg fast sounds like a good idea, just a little baby restart. I really hope it works for you. You've done so amazingly well. I hate to see you disheartened Well done to all of the losers! I really wanted 254 since it was *sooo* close yesterday... yeah, well it was *sooo* close today too. No biggie. Maybe tomorrow. |

Floated back down the 1 lb I was up
so stat weight is correct and I am claiming the 30 gone! ![]() So, taking drastic measures as my weigh-in day is tomorrow morning, I am just having liquids, broth, tea, coffee with hwc, celery sticks with cream cheese, and bang bang shrimp (on salad) today (at bonefish grill), and that's all! So far I've added in another hb egg, 1 pouch of tuna, another tbsp of butter, and 1 peanut butter chocolate cup. Wait wait, don't think that lol. All it is is pb2, protein powder, coconut oil, butter, and a teeny bit of 99% cocoa bar. All fat 1g carb and delicious

I don't know, they were called Konnyaku noodles... which from what I read are supposed to be the same... but I am just happy I found the real ones since they are even lower calories... coming in at 0!!!!

I was amazed last week to find that although my scale said I hadn't lost any weight, and in fact had gained, that by the end of the week I could get into a pair of pants I couldn't get into at the beginning of the week. Or maybe I stretched the pants out trying them on... ![]() Anyway, I'm very sure it's not FAT going back on you, with all your efforts! It must be...um, a momentary lapse of fiber. ![]() Lynne P.S. Well, I didn't make 229 to start off the month... But I am at 230.6 and I will take it! After being stalled and bouncing for over 10 days in March, I am just happy to see the scale moving down again!

Hi, new person here. I've got to get this weight off and have tried so many things...coming back to low carb. I know my weight is affecting my health (high blood pressure) so have got to get rid of of it. A lifestyle change is what I need, not a diet. Anyways, just adding on to this challenge.

Sooo... just a little update, I re-weighed myself this afternoon... and I am at 229.4!!! I did it on the first of April! I am so very happy to be starting the month in the 220's!!!

Hi ncgirl - I'm in NC, too!
I have eaten well these last two days but haven't exercised since Thursday. If you count cutting bushes and pulling weeds, then I have exercised quite a bit this weekend! Normally, I would have any least a couple of mixed drinks but stuck with diet drinks instead. I'm getting a cold so it will be even more important to drink water and keep hydrated. Hope everyone had a great weekend, and I'll see you tomorrow! |

I wish I could make any of my goals on time. Very impressive. I was busy busy busy with yardwork all day and ended up eating 1 cup of egg salad at 8 AM (yuck but too lazy to fix breakfast) and a few bites of hamburger pieces picked out of chili tonight at six plus water and a little diet soda. I demand tens if not hundereds of pounds lost tomorrow ![]() I'll be waiting... |

Way to go Boop!
I have to tell you, dropping weight this morning really motivated me to stay on track today! There's a decadent cake from a great local bakery sitting in my fridge. I can't even tell you what kind it is, because I refuse to look at it! But, I have teenage boys here, so hopefully it'll be gone soon! I know we shouldn't be motivated by the scale, but I'm down 25 pounds and I am not putting it back on! Had long discussions about weight, diet, etc with my mom today which is always annoying. She's the type that 'just can't do that' because... fill in any excuse here. And of course my WOE is not healthy, but eating the exact same tuna pouch I was eating and adding crackers is somehow better? Seriously, I've done this for long periods three times in the past. You'd think she'd just give up by now. lol
