Way to Go heidihoopi!! And the moving of the bra! that's awesome! I told my husband lasst week my first mini goal was when I loose my first 30 I am going to go buy myself (hopefully) a new VS Bra!

SO, I weighed today... and I am down a pound! an even 232! So a full 15 since I started LCing this time around! I also finally found my tape measure, and took measurements yesterday... So I am looking forward to watching those numbers move too!

Good morning. Drank billions of gallons of water yesterday and ate nothing but meat and eggs and was down 4 pounds this morning. So probably vacation disaster was really just a case of major dehydration. Now to get those last couple off and get moving down again. I really would love to see 179 sometime this millennium. Sigh. You guys really seem to be losing fast and I feel like I'm in limbo. I guess I like my veggies too much. Maybe if I cut them out for a bit I'll finally get over this hurdle.

Boop WTG on the 15 pounds, that's quite an accomplishment

I'm so aggravated. I'm up to 216.4. Just keep creeping up. And for absolutely no reason whatsoever. The only thing I've added to my eating this week is 1 serving of tofu at 45 calories and 2g carbs. I really don't think that should do it. Working out, keeping calories in check as always, yet every day, creep creep creep. It's very annoying. Getting lots and lots of water in as well. Of course I'm going to keep pushing through, but still.

The only thing that's different is I haven't been having my glucc pudding which keeps me cleaned out lol. I've got like a tbsp of glucc left and I didn't order any because someone on the forums said they sent me some.

YAY! Must be a morning for losses! Way to go Boop & Brew! I'm down a pound this morning to 255. I even got on and off the scale a few times and if anything the little needle was just a hair on the lower side of 255

Aw, Michelle I missed your post while I was reading & replying. Sorry you're creeping up. It's so so very frustrating! Am I reading right that it's just a pound over your low, though? You know that could be anything, right? A little extra salt, sore muscles from exercising, normal body fluctuation, anything... It's still hard to see, but I certainly wouldn't worry about making changes or anything like that just yet.

Yesterday it was 1lb from my low of 215, now it's 1.4lbs. I know there is a reason, but, it's still annoying. I've done nothing different than I have been, except the tofu really. And lack of glucc pudding lol.

MsWoods, sorry you are having fluctuations. My weight fluctuates constantly and its so annoying. I feel like I'm only at my real weight 1-2 weeks a month. I have even recently started gaining weight right before ovulation all the way to my period and then dropping it all plus some about a week after TOM. Maybe it could be that. Also as you approach 200, (at least in my case) the weight loss has been much less linear than it was in the past but it still goes down but bounces around much more. Hang in there. It doesn't sound like you are doing anything different so don't let it bother you too much.

231 this morning!

Yesterday's breakfast - sliced turkey
Lunch - roast chicken leg, stewed cabbage, unsweet tea
Dinner - 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers from Wendy's w/o bun, diet coke
Water - a ton!
Exercise - one hour walking tape

Maybe I need to do another hour tonight instead of Callanetics! I really would like to see 229 tomorrow but I'll take 230 if I can get it!

Hmmm, I didn't really think about the ovulation thing. Yes TOM kills me a week before, but I've just had TOM about a week and a half ago, so the ovulation thing may be it. That makes me feel a bit better thanks, at least that gives me some kind of answer that makes sense

Oh, BTW, the sf brown sugar torani syrup is DA BOMB! I'm having it in some glucc/mr pudding right now instead of actual cinnamon and it's lovely. Cinnamon has so many carbs!

Dang, I floated back up a lb this morning too! But it happens, not to worry girls! I'm sure it's water weight because I had a rather salty soup I made yesterday-Linda Sue's Cabbage and Kielbasa, had a sneaking suspicion I shouldn't throw that bullion the recipe called for in there!

But I ate well calorie and lowcarb-wise, so I suspect it will drop tomorrow. Having a good day today. More soup though...yikes!

Lol Boop, I've got my heart set on a new Wacoal bra, but I found some perfectly good fitting old ones in my drawer, so guess I'll have to wait another 10 or so lbs to buy a Wacoal! Have you ever tried one? They are the most perfectly fitting, uplifting, comfortable bras I've ever worn!!

Lynne...That is fantastic!!!

I wasn't going to weigh in today, but its so hard not to some mornings! But I am glad I did! 231.4!!! I doubt I will loose a pound and a half overnight, but would LOVE to see 229 to start of the month of April!!! Lots of water for me today!

Amgarrett, I'm so jealous, I'm about 3 inches shorter and look absolutely chubby at 190 (aka still wearing a size 16) with a spare tire from all these children. I can't believe the difference a few inches make. You're doing awesome

Anyway, down a few more pounds today and almost back to my signature weight. I'm trying a meat egg fast for a few days to get myself back in fighting form. It has really seemed to help with the motivation and the hunger. The one thing I've learned from low carb is you can mess up multiple times but just don't STOP so I'm putting the past behind me and am trucking on.

Im just devastated. I'm up to 219.2. and for absolutely no reason this week. I've been doing everything right, exercising, my menus have been the same. I just don't understand. I'm very discouraged right now.

Today I'm attempting an meat/egg/fat fast....I guess. I don't know what else to do.

Plan:
B-3 eggs fried in butter with franks, coffee
L-2 hb eggs w/mayo/mustard
D-2 gorton's tilapia filets w/tartar (mayo/dill relish/splenda)
S-2 hb eggs
