CONGRATS TO THIS WEEKS LOSERS!

Didn't make the -4 goal, but that's ok, 3 is good!

Today's menu

2 eggs, 2 bacon, cof with hwc x2

Fruit and yogurt

1/2 T-bone steak and salad, 1/3 baked potato

(being a little lenient today, just a tad)

Lots of fluids, water, diet coke, coffee, tea, water

Good Morning, and Happy Monday!
So I am down today... hooray! scale was flipping between 234 & 234.2... soooo I am taking 234 cause I need to have that extra happy boost today!
Was going to go for a big walk outside with my son today, but the temp has dropped again, so looks like maybe just grabbing a few groceries my hubby forgot yesterday, and possibly a little window shopping at the mall.
I hope you all have a Marvelous Monday!

Alrighty then, whooshy booshy here. 215 this morning *thud*. I weighed about 27 times to make sure, it kept saying the same thing This is the weight I was when I met my boyfriend nearly 11 years ago. And I didn't stay 215 long. This is the smallest weight I've been as an adult. This is the number I've been striving for since starting LC 3 years ago (actually 214 because then I would be smaller than the number I was when I was 17), but 215. Sheesh. I can't believe it This is my biggest milestone since starting. Besides the whole, Oh I can walk now and tie my shoes when I was coming down from 400.

Oh my gosh, Michelle! Nice woosh! Almost there!

Congrats on all of the losses! Everyone is doing so well! I'm down 2 this week, so not bad after seeming to be stuck all of last week.

I hear ya. I have decided not to weigh everyday anymore. I am not on strict low-carb and the scale fluctuations really affect my mood.

So no weigh in for me today, I decided to weigh in on Friday mornings and take it from there. Everyone else seems to be doing amazing! I know that being I'm on my last 10 lbs, it will probably be slow going. Especially since I'm not that strict and have quite a few off plan meals. I've been trying to follow the JUDDD concept with a low calorie day every other day but sometimes it doesn't work out that way.

Hunger Games was fantastic and I had a great day with my girl friends but ate way too much that day. Yesterday was much better eating wise and today will be a lowish calorie day. I have been trying to incorporate some whole grains and fruit back in my diet so we will see how that goes this week.

It's spring break for my DS16 and since his girlfriend is out of town this week he actually agreed to spend some time with me. We are going to head over to the coast Tuesday night and go to the aquarium Wednesday. I'm looking forward to some one on one time with him since it's so rare these days.

Cathy, enjoy the time with your son! I have one who's almost 20 and on spring break, but this is the first break since he started college that he's not coming home. It's weird. Then my youngest is 18 and a senior in high school, but he only has the week before Easter off. He definitely spends more time with mom than my older one did, but it's still a rarity. I totally get it!

Thank u ms woods! Yes, I'm still trying to rehydrate. At times I feel worse than others. But I also got to thinking that I usually take my migrant meds at night and I changed it to the mornings a couple days ago and I have to wonder if that has anything to do with it. I have heard topomax has an effect on weight loss.

My Monday official weigh in!

I weigh in "officially" for myself, every Monday. It keeps me real thru the weekend.. when do you do your "official" day?

So I lost 1.4 pounds last week! Yeah!
I actually made a 4 pound goal for this week.. I really feel like it's time for a woosh! I have been losing so slow and started tracking carbs/calories both, about 10 days ago.. I really AM due for another pound loss!

It was so beautiful out this AM. We are supposed to have a high in the low 80's today. I really want to lay out and get some sun..

Have an excellent Monday gang!

Wow. OMG. Congratulations to you!!! So proud of you, you have kicked butt in this challenge!!!

WTG to everybody who is doing SO WELL this week! Great job!!

Lynne

P.S. I didn't check in here yesterday, but 200 yesterday morning. This morning 201. I don't exactly know what's going on, but switched after-dinner treats from xylitol to erythritol just in case that's it. If weight loss doesn't resume this week, I'll consider panicking then.

Nice DaisyHair & Amgarrett616! Sure hope you're feeling better soon Am. I have mixed feelings on whether you *need* to eat if you're just not feeling it. Part of me buys the 'keep your metabolism up' bit and part of me thinks it's really no biggie and that maybe you're body is adjusting to being smaller or any number of things that will likely change with time.

Lynne, I've been bouncing bouncing bouncing, too. As long as the general trend is downward I guess I'll take it.

I heard that about topomax, too...i used to take it, but it never suppressed my appetite...all it did for me was make my hair fall out

Congrats and WOOHOO to MsWoods, Ms Boop, Tami, Amgarrett, and daisy too, what an awesome bunch of Losers we are!!

MsWoods, what does your BF say about your losses? He'll soon be seeing a new you, one he's never seen before!

Daisy, my official weigh-in day is Sunday morn I guess since I go week to week, and Sundays start a new week, but I weigh daily to keep tabs on it.

Cathy, I tried JUdd too, it was just to confusing for me, I do better with a steady calorie intake and an even keeled plan I guess. I used to love DS and ME days! I miss them so since he got married and moved 3 hours away. I loved that 'boy' and miss him so.... Treasure the moments!

Morning was too rushed to weigh in today, going for another 3 lb loss this week. Just got to do the work!

Let's have another great week everyone!

A new week!

Congrats Michelle!!! You are amazing.

189.8 this morning. Totally undeserved 1.4 lb drop overnight. I'll totally take it, though. Went way off course for 5 days or so, though I managed not to binge, and to stick to (mostly) low carb choices when I just ate to be eating because I get so weak late at night...

Anyway, only 1.2 lbs off course, which, as I said, I don't deserve. Hoping I won't bounce right back up again. You all are a huge inspiration to me to stay the course. Onward!!!

Morning! I have no loss to report today... But feel good, lots of energy, and I know I have a loss coming soon. Did zumba last night, and treadmill both Sunday and this morning, so I know I am doing good things for my body, and I just have to be patient for the results!

Yay Em! I'd take it too!

Boop, you're doing so good with the exercise! Just a matter of time before the scale reflects that

Heidi, my missing boy is in Colorado. You can borrow him anytime you'd like

No loss here this morning, but at least the darned analog scale is bouncing between the next lower two '5 pound' lines.

My mom wanted to go eat dinner at this Mexican place I love so we did. I did fine with my food, got 6 shrimp stuffed with jack cheese, wrapped in bacon and grilled, some shredded lettuce with salsa, that was my meal. However, they must have doused the food in msg, I mean more than usual, because my cravings/hunger level was off the flipping chart yesterday.

I took the opportunity to have a calorie up day (thus I did not weigh today) and besides dinner, ended up having:

5 servings of Marcea's glucc parm rolls
At least 5 oz of brie cheese with rind
1 oz brie cheese in a wrapper like a laughing cow wedge
1 serving garlic hummus
2oz summer sausage
about 4oz salami
1 piece of pickled patypan squash

Who can tell I made a trip to World Market? Damn that store to hell. I love it so much.

So I ended up having about 1644 calories and 23.13g carbs (18.83g net). That's a lot for me.

So not weighing for sure today, probably not tomorrow unless I feel some bloat leave.

For sure body combat tonight, keeping calories low today, getting in lots of water.
