Originally I was saying June 1st, however, I decided today June 22nd is my goal date. That will be my 3 year Lowcarbaversary, it will mark the 200lbs lost mark, and Onderland. That all sounds so good together. I have got to do this.
O M G! You have lost almost 200 lbs? You are such an inspiration and I am in awe of you.

I weighed today so see the damage the pizza did but was only up about .4 of a lb. Not bad so I'm trying to get back on track. DH and I did go on a walk last night despite how cold it was. It felt good to get outside and get moving.

Anyone have any plans this weekend? I'm having a girls day with my friends and we are doing lunch and then seeing the Hunger Games. We are acting like teenage girls because we are so excited about this movie. Have a great weekend everyone.

HUNGER GAMES for me too tonight! I'm so excited!!

It was all i could do to not go at midnight last night. If I didn't have to work today, I would have soooo been there.

I'm also planning some drinks tonight afterwards.

Don't really have anything planned for the weekend. I may go visit friends about an hour away, but nothing definite. Last weekend was so busy that I wouldn't mind just hanging out at home, either. I wanted to read the book before seeing the movie... it was here, but the kid lent it to someone and it hasn't made it's way back here. May go see it anyway as I've heard nothing but great reviews.

I think I'm dealing with a Candida die off. I itch everywhere, from head to toe, mostly my trunk, arms, face & head. Yeah, that doesn't leave much else! lol I'm reading and reading. Everything seems to make sense and I probably re-aggravated/re-fed it with that stupid ketchup. Not sure how that affects weight loss and if it can be blamed for this nonsensical little stall. The itching alone is totally super annoying, though!

Don't know why I'm surprised really--cuz I've been doing the work! Guess cuz I'm still amazed that my new 'method' is working so well!

One more lb to lose yet to make my goal of losing 4 this week by Sunday morning, can I do it??? *teethchatter* or drumroll...

Stay tuned!

I'm going to keep with this challenge until June 30th also, that's the day my 'schedule' says I should/could be in Onederland!

Someone (sorry I forget who) requested menus, so...

Friday

B--coffee and hwc x 2

L--Bowl homemade chicken and veggie soup (I think I need to change to low sodium broth)

S--Cinnamon or Lemon Lift Hot tea

D--Leftovers--Small serving Country style ribs baked with sweet potato, onion, apple and sauerkraut

S--1/2 a Greek Gods plain yogurt with sliced stawberries, Sargento's string cheese stick if needed

Diet cokes

This weekend? ....Dh will be gone all weekend for a SARX--Air Search and Rescue Exercise, and I will be working on writing a Tour for the new Yves Saint Laurent Exhibit coming to the Art Museum, I'm a Docent (museum teacher/tour guide) there. So I will be hitting the books.

Crabby!

201 this morning. I don't know what's going on, except temporary reorganization of the storage units, I guess.

I'd really like to get to onederland sometime this month, if it's not too much to ask.

Great posts Ladies! We all have our "goals" for the weekend picked out. This is my hardest time.
Today I am working in my shop. Going to try and keep my mouth shut. I have a chocolate shop and Easter is upon us! Just need to find my gum.

Sunday is Hunger Games and I really need to think of something to take instead of the usual popcorn. And suggestions? I am so excited to see this.

Menu so far
B: protein bar
L: hard salami, baby swiss cheese
D: chicken thighs, large salad

SW: 204

I tried to go see the Hunger Games last night, but my theater was sold out for the early shows, and if I went to the late shows, I wouldn't have been functional at work this morning, haha! Maybe I'll get to see it today It'll be a nice onederland reward

Nice job, AmyLiz! Jody, my sister is a pastry chef/baker and she struggles to keep her mouth shut, too. It's tough when you're used to tasting everything!

Scale moved back to 259 this morning, which I was very glad to see. seems like I just wasted a week for no reason. Hopefully it keep moving now!

Thanks. When you say MR do you mean meal replacement, as in armed services food, or like nutrisystems? I'm sure you've explained this before, sorry. Just curious.

Oh gosh it must be hard to work in a chocolate shop!~ As for the movie, how about some sunflower seeds in the shell, nuts, or string cheese? Enjoy the movie! Let us know how you liked it.

.3 and I'll meet my weekly goal, but for some reason I'm afraid I'll be up tomorrow for the official weigh in. I'm so freaking happy to be in the teens though. Lightest I've been since starting Lc and lightest I've been since I was 18. What what!

Great job Tami!

Down to 218 what what! That was my goal for the week. I just cant even believe it. I almost want to cry when I think about it. My goal next week is 214, which has been my dream, as you all know. I think I will cry when I see it.

Here's my menu:
B-coffee w/so delicious coconut milk, 2 glucc/pp bagel slices
L-green chili cheesy MR casserole
S-cabbage/mr soup
D-tilapia sandwich on glucc parm bread
S-glucc/pp bagel slices W/walden farms raspberry jam. With coffee

I have a body combat class at 2. For some reason I don't really feel like going. But I know I need to.

I need to stay off the alcohol and I can do this. I started a no alcohol challenge but everyone dissapeared very quickly and I've been drinking every weekend. Weekdays I'm good, weekend come and I just can't stay away. So support there would be greatly appreciated.

I also hurt my knee about 2 weeks ago and have not been able to workout or go to any classes (I do body step and body combat nearly every day, so while I'm not losing lbs because of the up and down drinking yoyo, I know I've lost inches.). Today my knee is feeling much better, and I will be returning to body step tonight, with a brace.

I want this. I'm getting to my 3 year LC mark and I should be at goal by now. I'm not even close. I just want to be under 200.

I got down to 220 in September and then over the holidays got back up to about 247. Ive been bouncing between 234-240 for the last few weeks because all week do good, lose it, weekend comes, gain it back. I want this so bad, I just really need some support.

I didn't weigh today, but I'll guestimate and say I'm at about 238. So by June I would love to see 199. Hell honestly I'de love to see 214. I've never been under 215 as an adult.

So I'm in. I'll probably post a lot to keep myself out of trouble, the drinking is what I need to get a handle on and everything else falls into place for me.
Guys, we are all doing great. Look at the big picture. This is my first post from this challenge, 1 months ago. We're 1 month in guys. Go back and read your posts.

Hello everyone... I have been without internet for a few days, but I am back!
First off... AWESOME RESULTS! I am so happy to see all the losses and I am so happy for everyone who has lost this past week!!!
I am at a huge stall right now. This last week for me has been a giant disappointment. Last weekend I did go out and have a cheat... I shared a pasta dish (wasn't even that great) with my carbaholic mother, and this caused me to gain 4 lbs so since then I have stayed on plan although it was difficult as we were on the go alot, and I battled to lose that 4 lb again all week. I am still not down to the 133 I was so happy to see a week ago. But I am back home and more in control of my menu, as I am back to cooking and not eating out as much.
So... today I was 135.2I want to be seeing 129 by next Monday (April 2). I know its a big goal, but I need to make up for this past week.
Back to the treadmill, back to Zumba tomorrow, and back eating my yummy homemade LC food!
