nope... it's the desire to make more goodies & start eating nothing but sf/lc goodies. Been there, done that, don't trust myself yet.
I swear I could live on homemade sf pudding whipped into a mouse with hwc. Seriously |

Ah I see. I only have that problem when I have rich deserts made with cream cheese, sour cream, and hwc.
The sf syrups themselves don't do that to me. I can easily eat two bricks of cream cheese with sf syrup or sf jam. That's 1600 calories lol. I don't buy cream cheese. |

Welcome Happy2Be!
I'm petrified of eating desserts or sweets made low-carb because I probably won't be able to eat them in moderation. Maybe when I hit 190 or so and get into a comfort zone I will try because it all sounds good, MsWoods! The scale is still at 234. I just finished an hour of 'Walk with Joyce' and I'm sweating like a pig. My glasses are fogging up because my face is hot, but I completed the entire hour video! Today's food: B - None - staff meeting with a 'light breakfast' of fruit and hashbrown casserole, so I just drank ice water. L - Lettuce wrap with turkey, provalone, avocado spread, tomato, cucumber, and mayo; diet coke D - Meatloaf with steamed broccoli; large bottle of water. I really enjoy coming to this challenge and reading everyone's posts! You are all inspiring! |

You guys have some awesome ideas! But my mom is out of decafe and I don't drink coffee past dinner, I already have enough trouble falling asleep at night!
But I did have some Greek yogurt with some s/f cherry syrup. It did the trick... But I'm definitely trying that angel food cake soon! |

I am down 1.2 pounds today.
That's really unheard of for me, but I'm happy to take it. My weight tracker says 13.4 lbs until goal and I tried on a pair of jeans yesterday that were tucked away and I could get them on and buttoned. They are still a smidgen to tight but it wont be long. Of course I will probably fit them just in time for spring/summer clothes season. Goal for the weekend: stick to plan. |

Hooray!!! Happy for you ladies... I am having a bad day here... I am still up. Tom has shown up and is showing no mercy... Plus dealing with some family issues, so I'm just relying on coffee and water to keep me sane today. But happy to see all the losses. And I hope to be back on that in a day or two.
amgarrett yay!!!! you made it to ONEderland!!!!! |

Saw 247 for a sec on the scale this morning, wooooo hoooo!
I started the week at 250 and 247 is my goal for the week. Got to be extra good today so that it's a solid 247 tomorrow morning! ![]() Been a busy week for me, so in case you were wondering, I didn't just "join and run" Lol. Been on track except for 1 lunch at which I ordered a 'vegetable stacker' and it came with cous cous. It was virtually impossible to eat the stacker without eating the cous cous, thankfully it didn't mess me up! These things will happen so just got to learn not to freak out about it. Amgarrett616 Congrats!!!! Awesome! Have a great weekend everyone! Anybody celebrating St. Patrick's Day? Do so wisely! We're going out for seafood with friends, so should be okay.~

Awesome, sounds like everyone had a great day!!!!
I had a good day, but didn't eat enough. B: was an atkins shake L: Side caesar salad D: Ham and cheese S: Atkins shake 3 oz cream cheese with pkt of splenda Lunch we were out and about running errands so I decided to take the kids to the pizza hut buffet. I was planning on getting a salad and wings. Looked at the nutritional info and their wings have 4 carbs per wing... I said no way and just got a side salad. Boy oh boy was it hard not eating the pizza. I don't think we will be doing that too much. Way to tempting for me. Then for dinner, I had a party tonight and on the way to it I was hoping to stop and get a burger without a bun, but there wasn't anywhere to stop on the way. So they had ham and cheese sandwiches, so I just took the meat off of 2 of them and ate that. Then got home and had a shake and 3 oz of cream cheese heated up with a packet of splenda. So I am going to bed hungry but not starving. I need to eat a big old steak tomorrow!!! : )

Good Morning!
I woke up to 232.5 this morning and am so excited. I couldn't remember what day I started the challenge, so I scrolled up to my first entry and I said I was 233...huh? My second entry said 238...what??? My weight stayed there for a while. Without knowing what my starting weight was, I'm going to give myself some motivation and say I think I'm down 5.5 lbs since 2/27! Last yesterday's food: B - ham & cheese rollups; ginger tea L - my usual tuna fish letter wrap; diet coke D - 6 oz sirloin, steamed broccoli, side salad w/bleu cheese; unsweet tea (went to Chili's last night). Normally I would have eating the 12 oz ribeye but asked myself if I really needed that much meat and decided to give a smaller piece a shot. |

I'm just popping in to say hello. No good news here, but yay on all the losses! Tonight is dinner out and a concert for me, and since concert is at a casino, possibly a drink while I try my luck at the slots! Hoping to be down again by Monday!

You guys are doing fantastic. Down a teeny bit of water today, 225.8. Right in the middle of TOM so things are going as expected.
Still able to get my butt up early and hit a body combat class at 9 so yaaaaaaaay. |
