Ha, my youngest is 18 and I'm not down to pre-pregnancy weight <gg> I have been there a time or two, but I'm sure not there now! Amgarrett, sooooo close!!! Maybe tomorrow! I'm excited for you! Brew, I so feel you Blah. I'm still at 261, the same as Monday. I got up to use the restroom in the middle the night and stepped on the scale with some yoga pants & a sweatshirt on - hey, it's that tom I don't have to wear sexy nighties <gg> - and the scale read 261. I was excited to get up this morning and hit the scale nekkid and it still read 261. Lame. What a tease my scale is. Grrr.

So I had to get up earlier than normal because my Mom's driver is sick so no scale this morning. I hate when my normal schedule gets all screwed up, it makes my whole day feel off. On track today, and feeling so much better.
Menu: B- scrambled egg, sausage, and cheddar cheese L- big salad with lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, chicken, and cheddar. Blue cheese dressing D- Steak and roasted asparagus. Exercise will be 45 minutes on the treadmill at a steep incline and some upper body work with weights. |

Brew-it's so funny you keep posting things like your mood and what not. I'm right there with ya. It aint here but it's a commin, storms a brewin Monday I was so aggrevated and pissed, I only saw red. Yesterday I was alright mood wise, but exhausted and ate everything. Today, I'm aggrevated, exhausted, and I cried a little I'm sipping my coffee with hwc and vanilla syrup and it's calming me down. I feel ya sister. I wish it would just come already so it can go![]() Catr-you've inspired me to work out today. I've been saying I will all week, and by the end of the day, Im just exhausted. I'm already exhausted though so I'll just do it. Screw it, just do it ![]() Heidi-your grandaughter is gorgeous! Thanks for the comments about my picture guys. It was 80* here yesterday and I was all summerfied and I was like, eh, I need a new pic. It's supposed to be in the high 70's, low 80s here all week, today it's super foggy I love it. Makes me almost want to go run. Almost. Today, I'm going to keep my menu as simple as possible because yesterday I ate everything that wasn't bolted down. Salads, miracle rice, a ton of pecans, protein powder baked goods, soup, I can't even remember what all else. B-coffee, hwc, 1/2 of a werthers original sugar free carmel apple hard candy. I had been wanting to try one and Walgreens finally got em. OMG Delicous. L-tuna w/mayo/miracle noodles maybe? D-IDK miracle rice w/egg/wf bbq sauce, chicken? S or D-I just really need a good protein and small salad. Oh yeah I'm sucking water down like crazy. My feet were so swollen last night I couldn't take it. That usually only happnens when I drink alcohol, but I'm very proud to say, I'm almost 1 month with 0 alcohol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Omg. This day could not have been worse! I had coffee with CO, HWC for bfast. And almonds for lunch. (I know, but it was like an all day almondathon). Then to an Italian place for dinner where I had shrimp scampi and a Little portion of green veggies in butter and like two bites of salad. It was just not my normal day calorie or food wise and I'm so close and I thought I'd be there tomarrow. Now I think I have totally screwed it up!!! I did walk 2 miles today but still. Sigh. Yuck. Bleck. Argh. Puke. (now if I could just add poop in there!)

TOM was right on schedule for me. I remember a day before LC that my cycles were so messed up you never knew one way or the other. TOM sucks, but all the female issues I went through before sticking to LC and losing this weight, just one more reason I'm blessed to have found it. I'm "regular" lol, now I can whine and complain right a long with you normal gals lol.
However, I'm up to 229 Up and up and up, and I'm 100% on plan. So I'm up about 7lbs from my low of 222.8. Yaaaaaaaaaay![]() |

For me it was a good weigh in. I am back in the 150's...159.6 to be exact.
I even over ate on chicken wings last night but they were really good(spicy wings from Costco). The sodium might catch up with me today but I'm going to chug the water to try and avoid a gain. I cannot wait until spring, I'm tired of the rain. Rain, rain, go away..come again another day(like October), |

Hello ladies, can I join???? I have been low carbing since January 3rd and just found this thread. I am thinking about finding some too tight pants and doing the side of tub picture. LOL
So this is my post for the day in my journal, so I thought I would just post it over here too. Let me just say I love ketosis!!!!! I am back in ketosis and the weight is starting to come off again!!!! Yesterday and today I was down. 225 as of today I have lost 2.6 lbs this week, for a total of 36 lbs lost!!!! Yesterday this is what I ate. B: Atkins shake L: double cheese Burger with mayo and pickle D: piece of taco meatloaf 2 pieces of celery cup of mushrooms S: 10 almonds sugar free jello with reddi whip More water today!!! Woo hoo, I finally got to tan today. I have been trying to get to tan since I reached my third goal and its so hard to get someone to watch my little girl. So today I finally got to go. A friend of mine is going to watch the little one everyday for the next week while I run to tan. WOO HOO!!! I only bought a weeks worth and it was only $12.95. Not bad!!! Started out at 12 minutes and should have a good base tan by the time I leave for the cruise next Friday!!!

to our little group.Well my entire week is shot since nature in all its perfection decided bleeding 5 days a month was a good idea. I think I was around 191 this morning so probably up 5 pounds so maybe a weight loss but I won't know until next week. I pretty much plan on staying off the scale for the next couple of days. However, something I have found interesting since tracking my weight is that I seem to gain weight around this time but its always a little less each month and then after the week is up, I'm always at a new low. So maybe not a lost week after all. Everybody's doing fabulous!! I may not check in for a week or so as our internet will be iffy but stay strong everyone and I'll see you when I get back ![]() |

Mine aren't even here and I'm getting ready to throw all of their stuff in the trash. Not really, but it's been a really rough day and that ice cream in the freezer sure sounds good... not to mention the freaking girl scout cookies... oh, they'd be divine in the ice cream. I made a simple vanilla angel food cake today and plan on putting Walden farm strawberry jam on it. Just make something ladies.
3 egg whites pinch of cream of tartar vanilla syrup or sweetener of choice Beat egg whites until stiff and bake in a sprayed pan. Viola. I sprinkled a bit of cinnamon on mine. Hardly any carbs or calories. I'm day on of TOM too so trust me, I'm right here with you guys. I did manage to keep my food under control today and just finished a body combat class so I'm very very proud of myself. Usually I drink myself through TOM and come out of it 5 days later. |
