Congrats to all that saw a drop in weight this past week. Here's to hoping for an even better week for everyone!!

We had lunch at my parents house today. I'm so happy to report that I called ahead and told my Mom that I am being strict with my LC and will only eat a salad. It worked. She had a seperate salad made just for me that was all LC. I even refused the multiple attempts to get me to eat some of her famous taco salad and strawberry shortcake. I am determined to get this weight off. It felt so good to succeed in staying on plan today. I may reward myself later with a smidge of whipped hwc.

I'm gonna try to get in callanetics this week. I will shoot for 3 times and on off days do elliptical. Plus I have the puppy to walk.....

Wow! Great job ladies!!!

Yesterday was essentially one long road trip. I started out with my coffee at 8 am, got to my destination at 11 and got home around 9pm. I had a small bunless burger (whopper jr, just the meat & cheese), the tri-tip out of a tri-tip sandwich, and then a bit of leftover taco meat mixed with cheese when I got home. Probably too much red meat, too much cheese, and my calories were high, but I'm ok with it under the circumstances. The scale was up a tiny bit this morning and I'm not real hopeful for tomorrow's weigh in. As long as there's a decent loss by Wednesday I'll be happy. We'll see...

I'm sitting here debating weather to work out or not, even though I have the time and my back feels ok. Why am I debating? Because I know if I do workout the scale will be up tomorrow for our weigh in. Can you say, 'can't see the forest for the trees?' Ok, off my butt and running for the forest now Please nice instructor lady, don't beat me up too bad! lol

Good Morning! So project new scale is complete, and it looks alot like my home scale. Which is good I suppose, looks like I am down .6 since Friday. I'm really hoping for a woosh this week!

Not bad. I'm down one since Wednesday. I honestly don't remember what I was last Monday, but I do know that I want 2 or 3 more by this Wed! Come on scale!

What a beautiful spring morning! We are still adjusting to DST and dragging my son out of bed for school was an olympic feat. I weighed an hour earlier today and the scale said 188.4 but later was down to 187.8 and then up again to 188.4. My scale is swonky so I always weigh a few times to make sure its kind of in the same area. I guess I'll go with 188.4 which means no weight loss () but still not too bad. Going to start TOM in a week or so and its usually five days before when the water weight really hits me. I just have to keep that in prospective. Everyone is doing great and I'm so proud of you all.

Amgarrett616-- Great Job!! You are so close to onederland I bet you can taste it

misscobi another pound is great. Hoping for big whooshes for all of us this week.

I'm the same way. My scale is generally accurate but every now and then it acts up.

TOM should be here for me in a day or so, and oh I'm feeling it. I'm in a terrible TOM mood, and my customers are jacking with me, and someone may just get cussed out if they keep it up I have terrible PMS. I just popped some midol to tell my brain stfu My bf better stay away I'm in no mood lol. So I guess that may be what some of my gain is from.

My goal is to stay off alcohol for tom, I usually don't but I'm doing so good and I don't want to derail myself. Keep up my exercise and whatnot.

I'm back down a bit today to 225.8, or .8 hell it was too early to tell lol.

235.0 again this morning *sigh*

Yesterday's eats:
B - none (slept late)
L - 2 McDoubles from McD's but didn't eat bread (basically a tiny double cheeseburger); diet Dr Pepper
D - Salad (spinach, ham, pepperoni, black olives, cucumbers, ranch dressing); 4 oz steak with steamed broccoli; diet Mt Dew

Grrr. Feeling pretty good and weighed in and was 190.8 which is a nearly 3 pound gain with no cheating involved. I know, I know its about 4 days before TOM and this is on par but sometimes its so frustrating being a woman. My husband just drops, drops weight and then is like what's the big deal? Its easy. Repeat to myself: Its just a number, Its just a number (then actually try to believe it). I hope everyone else is having a nicer weight loss day than I am.

Good morning!
I am happy to say I am down to 235! I am now only 2lb away from my pre-pregnancy weight!
It hasn't been easy here in carb land... But I have not gone off plan. We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner last night and even passed up the hot sweet honey rolls. But itbwas worth it to see the scale drop again today!

[B]brew[B] I always stall or gain right before TOM. But it always goes away after. Hang in there!

I'm right here with you sister. Tom should be here in a day or two and it doesn't matter what I do I'm not losing and gaining. 100% on plan. I need to stay off the scale. That won't happen but I need to.

I'm back up to 226.8 this morning. I guess as long as I stay in the 220's it will be ok for now. But after TOM, body, you better get it together!

All this talk about Tom and he surprised me by arriving early. When I do low carb my cycle shortens, so I'm not too surprised, but it still sucks I didn't make myself get on the scale. Tomorrow is my official weigh in. Who knows. Going to pound the water and hope for the best.

Hi everyone. I have been MIA the last few days because of a bout with the stomach flu. Yesterday I was finally able to hold down some toast and had some soup for dinner. Of course this morning I'm up 1.2 lbs from Saturday Morning's weight. You would think after the flu, I would be down a couple of pounds.

On a brighter note, on Saturday I was back into the 150's(159.2) so I was pretty happy about that. Hopefully after a day or 2 back on plan I will be back(or under) that weight again.

I'm not sure if this is a good or bad food day.

B - picked out the egg and cheese from a BK wrap (boss brought them for a staff meeting); coffee with creamer and S&L
L - friend made a chef salad and said it was low carb, but discovered half-way through that there were tidbits of canned pineapple in it; unsweet tea
D - husband wanted to go to his favorite restaurant and had to be picky with my order. No burgers or chicken served, only fancy sandwiches and salads. I ended up ordering a greek salad with greens, olives, cucumbers, and feta cheese. I ate about 1/2 of the salad and plan to eat the rest for breakfast tomorrow; unsweet tea

Exercise - Joyce Vedral 'regular workout'. I'm not sure what it's called but it's a simple routine.

Boop-- that is a big accomplishment, I'm still not down to my first pre-preggo weight (I have 3 of the little buggers) but I'm close. How exciting .

Welcome Hedi, feel free to join right in. It really does help. Somedays when I'm not feeling it for me, I check in just to see who else has lost-- like surrogate weight loss partners

How's everyone else doing today? I'm the same weight as yesterday and getting grouchy so I know what's coming. I just hope I'm back to normal by spring break. I hate flying with the Flo and since I'm not in a good mood I will save you all my rant for today but Whoosh dust on you all and great job to all the losers.

I'm down to 200.4. A .4 loss. AND I could hardly beleive my eyeballs but I was bouncing to 199.7. If only I could have LANDED there.
