Quick check in, thanks everyone for the well wishes, I am feeling a little better.

Just came to notice however, other than work and exercise and tv, I have no interests. And not being able to exercise the last few days has really upset the apple cart.

I am completely bored, my body is aching from all the sitting and lying down. It could just be the way I am feeling mentally, a little depressed. Trying to get out of that funk. Today I will have taken my antibiotics 4 times, so tomorrow if I feel up to it, I think I am going to get back into the exercise.

Just going stir crazy I guess.

dutchboy, welcome back, stick around, its always a good thing.

Doug, good to hear about the run for the bus, its those little things that you notice that make it all worth it.

I've got 25 days left in my 90 day challenge, going to have to add on another 5 or so for missing this week. I wanted to go on a week or so LC to trim down a bit more, but not sure yet.

Hang in there Ken. Any time I am under the weather or have any body pains I tend to get "down." Give yourself some time to get better and you will feel better in all ways.

It was a beautiful day in Western Colorado. I hiked 6 miles on a great new trail. The views were fantastic and the day has been great. I'm grilling some ribs for dinner.

Sunday

Thanks Alex . What a difference a day makes.

Woke up feeling 10 times better than the days before. Doesnt hurt to cough, feel like I have a lot more capacity in my lungs. If I dont exercise today, I am back in for sure tomorrow, I need that structure again. Feel weird without it.

This place is like a ghost town on the weekends!!

Keep up the good work Alex. I cant say I have been eating low carb lately, but my weight has been steady, so I am happy for that.

glad you're feeling better ken. i know what you mean about having to break your exercise routine. once you get used to doing something you feel a bit lost when you're forced to take a break.

A better week for me but it is still slower than I would like. I’ve got a busy week coming up so I need to stay focused.

thanks, I'm not referring to this week per say, just that the whole thing is going slower than I'd like. Really, it is still around 2 pounds per week which is where it should be.

I agree, it is pretty quiet around here! Might need to send the MP's out.

Ate pretty well and played some volleyball last night. Ready to hit the treadmill tonight for a couple miles - working up to a 10K race in May.

Hey Guys!

Hiked in the snow yesterday and ate on plan. Resisted dougnuts and other assorted junk at the board meeting. I'm doing well.

Ate on plan and started P90X with my wife - brutal first day - felt very out of shape! We are going to do that 3x/wk together to help stay motivated.

Nice, Dutchboy! P90X is pretty brutal, but you'll enjoy doing it. It takes a couple of weeks to get used to it, but you'll start seeing gains really fast.

Alex - I thought you were CEO? Ban that crap!

I guess I better start the March thread. March
