Went out to dinner last night at a sushi place (dbf loves sushi, me not so much) so he got sushi and I ordered a bento box with teriyaki chicken and vegtable tempura w/ a salad. It was yummy but my favorite out of all of it was the salad hahaha, go figure! We made sure to take a carbohydrate blocker to minimize any damage. Went to the movies then came home and made a bowl of low carb vanilla ice cream w/ strawberries and whip cream to end the night. I am happy to report another .4oz loss on the scale this morning.. woo hooo!!
