I have heard of Siesta Key and Anna Marie, and Amelia Island, but have never been. Cape San Blas is like that, very secluded, no highrises, t-shirt shops, etc. Just the beach and a cozy little town, closest big place is Apalachicola and St Joe.

I did ok this weekend, no cheats, just maybe a little too much of 'allowed' foods. Was still down to 204.0 though this morning, so not complaining. I actually bought some low carb tortilla wraps, which I have always considered off limits, but found some at Wal-Mart that were 9 carbs with 5 grams of dietary fiber in them, so tried them, and boy were they good. We had tacos last night and I made soft shell tacos, sooooo good! Has anyone had any experience with them, do they cause stalls? Just kinda worried since I've never tried them and also have never really fed into the 'net' carb thing either.

Today's menu:

B: nothing
L: not sure, either salad or hamburger patty with mustard and pickle slices.
D: leftover taco stuff

Good morning everyone. Well, I briefly lost my mind last night. Feel like I ate everything in sight, when in all actuality, I didn't.....just had stuff I shouldn't have. SO....back on again today. Hoping it didn't do enough damage to stall me for a week

B: nothing
L: hamburger patty with mustard and pickle slices
D: western omelet with sausage

Everyone have a great day! I'm not getting on the scale until Friday because I know it will just depress me....

So you've had how many cheat free days??? compared to a teensy moment of crazy? that's okay! Hopefully you ate all of it and theres none left! jk in all seriousness, it's no biggie. When i unintentionally cheated the first time, i think the guilt was making me feel like throwing up! Just remember how bummed you were, the next time doritos taunt you from their pretty shiny foil bag...

Got on the scale today at 194.2! not the roundest of numbers but 193.6 was the smallest i remember being in the last 3 years of yo-yo-ing... And now i'm so close!!! Must be good. Must STAY good...

Going to a baseball game tomorrow and i just KNOW the beer is going to taunt me. and i'll probably cave. and i'll probably regret it. (isn't it sad that i know exactly how this will all play out, and yet i'll go ahead and do it anyway?) bah, oh well.

B: coffee with almond roca sf torani syrup, 2 turkey sausage patties
L: tuna with mayo and a little cheese, a babybel cheese i stinky cheese!
D: unsure- didn't end up eating dinner last night, just had a few pickle slices and a cheese. dinner plans never seem to pan out... BF has evil evil fish sticks, and MANALIVE i really want one. (but i have resisted)(he's getting better at cooking himself dinner... he ate hotdogs for 2 months straight.)

I know....I always beat myself up, but pisses me off I stopped my streak. Oh well....I really all in all didn't do as bad as I could have, considering what is in my house. And was stupid stuff, wasn't even something really good. It's ok, I'm already over it.....doing good today! Thinking it will be a meat and egg day today, maybe the rest of the week?

that is what is really hard for me, I have to try to incorporate my dinner and theirs together so I don't end up cooking two separate meals!

Hey, all I am plugging along -

Not doing anything wonderful - do really good most of day, then I'll cave to a glass or two of wine and then..............

My heart is really in it but I guess because when I am good, the scale does not move so I screw up.............

I will do the best I can!!

I am spinning tonight - an intense workout for an hour burns 700 calories according to my trainer -

morning all....still pluggin along....

made western omelets last night for supper, were really yummy!!

got on the scale this morning and was at 206.5, so up 2 pounds from the last time I weighed....thinking most of it is water retention since I really didn't eat that much food on my cheat, but did eat a lot of salty stuff, and then had bacon in my omelet last night. Drinking lots of water today hoping to flush all that out.

Today's menu:

B:
L: salad maybe or ??
D: baked chicken

omgomgomg... this morning was another take a picture of the scale morning!!!

192.2!!! woot woot!!! first said, 192.2, then i grabbed my phone and it went up to 192.6, then i had bf take the picture (yup, i'm that crazy) and when i got back on, it said 192.0- but i'm gonna stick with the .2... I'm wooshing like crazy- and it's about darn time too!

If i can gesture a theory- i tend to gravitate towards lean once i'm in the groove, and inadvertantly omit the fats that i need!!! I've been having heavily mayo'd tuna for lunch and then more mayo with my ranch dip for the cucumbers... maybe it's been helping?

good morning all. Kinda down today, keep making bad food choices. Don't go overboard, just enough to make me feel guilty and am all bloated today and back up to 208.0 this morning My daughter tried talking to me last night and told me to hold up, don't go crazy, just eat normal and then restart again after Easter. I can't get straight with it. I have on a pair of pants this morning that over a month ago was snug....so that makes me feel good....just at that I don't care stage this morning for some reason. I'll get back, just tired and I think that is part of my problem. Anyway....

I leave work early this morning and am off tomorrow, so the only contact I will have is by phone. Everyone have a great weekend and Easter!

BlondieBLue-That is so awesome!!! very proud of you!!! Have always heard that it is very important to get fats in your diet....I do the same thing, lean works it's way in, but you have to have essential fats too!

Checking in late, didn't weigh this morning. Will tomorrow. I went with my mom today to get liposculpting on her midsection. the dr recommended it with a tight belly binder for a few weeks as opposed to a tummy tuck. She's down about 120 lbs!!! truly my inspiration

I don't know what the hell is going on with me.. I don't cheat at all, I am not snacking in-between meals, Have even started drinking 3 bottled waters a day and cut out my diet iced tea made with Splenda.

Weighed in @ 189.6 this morning. I know my period is due any day now so I'm hoping thats why Again, I haven't lost and gained??? WTH?

I've been so good and to be honest I'm a little discouraged.

192.0 this morning! woo hoo!!!

Patty- stick with it! hang in there! It will happen! Don't forget your fats! I find if i remember to incorporate mayo or salad dressing in durring the day, or some fish, it keeps the losses a bit more consistent. You can do it!

good morning all! Well....back on the wagon, today is day one....was so disgusted with myself this morning when I weighed...was 212.5 BUT, am back on the wagon, so haven't undone all the good I did....just a portion of it.

I am really busy at work today catching up from the 3 day weekend and closing the month, so not sure if I will get the chart back up today, if not, will at least update it with your weights for this Friday's chart. Have a good day!

B: 2 deviled eggs
L: 2 deviled eggs, leftover ham
D: hamburger, egg, asparagus and cheese scramble

Also tanning today, then going to try to get 30 minutes on the treadmill.

I did not sitck to my way of eating AT ALL this weekend. I made that decision on Froday. I did not go crazy but I did have a bagel twice, a sandwich. Went to Easter brunch yesterday with my family and did not behave either.

My oldest DD was down from Jacksonville so that was part of my problem - we went to spin class Saturday am and then went out to breakfast

I am seriously thinking of doing the HCG diet.

I am back on today but I am not goung near a scale till Friday

Hello Everyone! Sorry Ive been mia- been a crazy week! My nephew was born on Tuesday morning and i've been pretty obsessed with snuggling him.

Weight this morning: 190.4 WHOOOO WHOOOOO!!! stoked. really didn't think i'd be down, i wasn't "feeling" like i would be.

CONGRATS Britt!!! On the nephew and the loss!! I'm glad someone is still losing I'm sure not.

So much for best laid plans. Was on my way downstairs to get me a salad and be good for lunch and hubby walked in the door and had brought me taco bell. He never ever brings me lunch, so would have felt bad telling him I was going to get a salad. :/

he brought me the dorito taco and a chicken baja chalupa....Love chalupa's, the dorito taco was ok, wasn't just blown over by it, would rather have had a regular taco, but it was ok.

my latest fun meal:

the combo T6 with 2 chicken supreme chalupas and 1 reg taco... dump all the contents into a bowl, mix it all up and then eat with a fork. sooooo good. i think i could eat their hot sauce out of the pouch if it were acceptable... lol
