Good morning
Good job Angie!!

Since the cupcake debacle, I have gone crazy. Fortunately, I was only up a couple, not the 8 I lost so today I start again! I felt so much better, had energy, etc while LCing.
The other thing that threw me off was the doctors. I had an appt the day after the cupcakes and believe it or not, their scale said I was 159.9. In the morning, naked, I was 163. I haven't seen the 150's in quite a while. They had a big fancy dancy professional one and I told them how much I liked their scale. They said it takes into consideration movement and shifting and said it was 100% accurate. I love it. Then I was talking to the doc about my meds and she said "well, you are a small person". My eyes must have bugged out. Well, I was feeling extremely pleased, so let's just say it was an eat and eat weekend.. Anyway,, hoping to see the 150's on my scale by the end of the week.

That is Awesome about the 159.9 Diane Woohoo.

Its been one whole week today for me. I will weigh in a few minutes. I almost gave in over the weekend. I was nauseated and light headed both Saturday and Sunday, but stuck it out.I'm hoping the scale will be kind to me today.

I was down 5 pounds yesterday. I was going to go grocery shopping yesterday, but when I left work a huge hail storm hit so I just went home and made dreamfields spaghetti. When I made the meat sauce I put in a couple links of hot Italian sausage whole, and they were so good. Si I ate just a small amount of pasta and endulged in the sausage and meat sauce. I hope it didn't set me back. I still want to lose 10-15 more pounds.

You gals are doing great! I got a big setback at the week-end party wedding of course, lots of good food and drink. Got back late Sun night. did ok yesterday and trying to hang today. I've been taking 2 walks a day, but I know I have not really dropped with all the dinners I ate over the weekend. I am sure I was back up several pounds causing me to start over. Keep up the good work.

Enjoying this great weather - we have broken the record for high temps for 7 days in a row now and going to today also - heading for 80. What an early summer for us!!

Congrats! Congrats! I am glad someone is doing well! I'm doing "OK" but not great yet. I've been staying lower carb and lower cal than my usual but still not totally good. guess I have to 'ease' in to it

Happy Friday!!!
I'm leaving work early to go clean the pool. It was REAL windy here last week and blew a lot of dirt and sand and it seems it all ended up in there. My pool guy hasn't answered my phone call probably because he is swamped. I can't stand it so I am going to attempt it myself. :/

Still on plan here but I'm up a pound. One day at a time.

Great Angie! You are really hanging in there. I wish it was time for us to open the pool but even tho its been warm, not that warm yet. I am doing OK too, not eating too much but need to get on lower carb than I have been.

Good morning,

Hope you both are doing well. Pools, ha, we went from 80 to a freeze warning tomorrow morning. I will be surprised if it gets that cold, really havent looked at the weather, just hearing stuff, but I am done with 30's..

I went from doing well diet wise to eating whatever. I don't really feel like I am putting much back on but am at the comfortable stage. So, I guess I will continue as is until I feel uncomfortable again.

Stayed on plan and I'm up 2 pounds. What???? So disappointing. I can't let it get me down though. *sigh*

Weird weather for sure Diane. It is in the upper 80's here, so I don't think it's going to get any cooler and I have a feeling it is going to be a scorcher of a summer.

Cold front coming here too. We had 2 weeks of hot weather unusal weather, set record highs 9 straight days in a row. I was loving that!! I walked or ran everyday outside. Now today it is cold again - windchill was 35 degrees. Supposed to be 70 tomorrow but then plumet down to 40s again I guess. I hope the heat comes back soon!!!

I didn't do well diet wise either. I really didn't eat a lot, but never quite got started on plan either. when will this ever end. will I ever be able to diet like I used to???

I have not weighed yet this morning, But I noticed that my waist is getting smaller. Got to stick with it because my clothes were getting too tight and uncomfortable. The weather is already in the mid 80's. I NEED to fit into my summer clothes. *sigh*

Still on plan here. I can't believe that I've been cooking for two weeks straight and still loving it. Going out to eat would be scary for me right now. I am starting to get back control, and my clothes are fitting better. I put the scale in the closet.

I've even been on plan a couple of days now. But weigh the same?? I cooked some turkey & chicken and bought veggies too but haven't jumped in with both feet yet. I actually love to cook but with the baby here my day just gets away from me so fast. Poor DH ends up with Banquet TV dinners a lot and I eat a pc of cheese and some canned chicken. Going on the Harley today tho as baby has dr appt so we are stopping at favorite mexican joint. I already told DH only one small chicken taco for me and I kinda leave half the shell. I told him to keep the chips away from me and I'm having diet pop instead of BEER. We will see how this works Actually, I am feeling positive about it!!!!

Glad your clothes are feeling more comfortable! I can't wait for that feeling!!!!

How did it go at the Mexican place Kris? That is one thing I have a hard time resisting...chips and salsa. We have the best Mexican places here. I am not strong enough to even smell their food right now.

well actually not too bad but it would be best if I didn't even go. I had only one taco, NO BEER, and 4 or 5 chips which I broke in half attempting to trick my brain into thinking it was 10 chips. Compared to my usual I thot I did great consindering we usually eat 2 full baskets of chips and I would get the 2 enchalada with cheese sause/one taco/rice special washed down with 3 or 4 mille lites. It was not on plan tho. baby steps I guess. It is very hard for me to go out with others and eat small like that. I have got to teach myself to do it.

You are doing good cooking & staying on plan!

I weigh the same so far.

Sounds like you did okay Kris. I usually have 2 baskets of chips too.

Last night I made dreamfields spaghetti, and it was sooo good. More meat sauce than noodles. Leftovers tonight.

Angie, Wow, sorry to hear that you are feeling worse on LC. I thought you usually felt better, and I know I did that couple of weeks I was on. I so want to go back on, but we are heading down to the condo over Easter and I know DH will want to eat out quite a bit. Maybe after.

Kris, hope you are enjoying the little guy! I got to hold a baby for about an hour at the nursing home the other night and it was so peaceful. I just love holding babies.

I used to feel good on it. I think maybe it was way to low carb and that was why I was feeling sick. I wasn't counting carbs, but it was mostly meat and eggs. (I did lose 7 pounds) DH told me to stop when I stood up and almost passed out. Honestly I felt better the next day after I ate a hot dog with the bun. I guess right now I will eat healthy and make better choices.

Sorry to hear LC didn't work out for you Angie. I hope you are feeling better. I know you will be having a great time at the condo Diane!

I am EATING too. I can't stay on any plan. I'm trying ONE MORE new thing. Going to buy some pills. I have not done that in YEARS. A body builder friend of mine recommended Oxy Elite so I'm going to try it adn raspberry ketones. Hopefully it is an appetite depressant. I have not lost or gained, but way up there still.

I am still having a great time babysitting. He is a sweetie! I can hardly put him down.
