Nice to hear you are able to maintain with eating "normal" stuff. I do hope to get there again. I was doing so well for a week, had a bad day yesterday, but going to get right back into it today.

I am trying to get back in here and check in, but haven't quite gotten that into my routine yet. I am trying.

Hope Angie is OK too... I think I have her email, I will give that a try.

I've missed talking to you. I'm going to get back on plan the Monday after the Superbowl. I haven't got on the scale in so long but I KNOW I'm up there. I also am quitting smoking, and that's why I picked that Monday. Hopefully I can be ready to focus on success.

Congrats on the quitting smoking!! That is awesome. I just returned from a week in Mexico (all inclusive eating and drinking) so I am sure I am up but I have not been brave enough to get on the scale yet

Putting it off.

I ate so much there. I will definitely getting back on track tho. So good to hear from you Angie!!

I have been putting everything I eat in a diet diary ( counts calories) for the last 3 weeks. I am losing slowly, about 2.5 lbs a week, but I am content and keeping at it. I was up to 176, but am finally down to 166. ( Hiding my head in embarrassment)

Hi all! I have been writing down everything I eat for almost a year now. It really does help. And 2.5 pounds a week is awesome! I was only losing about a pound a week. I gained on this vacation, but have lost half of it back off. Will probably take a while for the rest and then 10 more I hope. I have not been getting any exercise. The sleeting rain has just now hit us. Supposed to be a big ice storm till late afternoon and then raising temps should make it OK to drive. I hope so cause I have to take the little guy back home. Had him over night. He is getting to be a lot of work now that hes almost 14 months. Starting to get into stuff and test me

So lets all stick with it this week!!

Hi, Been doing good. I'm quitting smoking. I'm down to 6 cigarettes a day. Next week will be 5 and so on... I ordered me an electronic cigarette and it should be here in a couple of days. I start back on plan on Monday. I have no Idea what I weigh, but i Will weigh in on Monday. UGH! I'm going to get healthy this year! Woot. Have a good day, I'll check back later.

Congrats and good luck! It seems like decades ago now that I quit. It still smells good to me when I smell someone smoking. But I am glad that I quit. You can do it. The first year was hardest for me of course, but after that I didn't miss it as much. Every day older that I get, simple things get more difficult to do. It seems life is just slipping away one day at a time and I will never get to do the things I spent my entire life"looking forward" to doing.

It snowed last night and is 9 degrees today so NOW I am looking forward to warmer weather and being able to walk outside and ride my bike. I am hating to even have to go out into the cold 20 mph winds and go to the dentist in a couple of hours. Then I will walk inside our mall. Not as much fun as outside but only option right now.

I am going back on plan Monday too, and on my Oxy pro elite and raspberry ketones. I had some left from when I lost the 20+ pounds last year and I think it helped. I have kept most of it off, just gaining back a little bit over the recent vacations.

Well, back on LC for one day!! So hard to stick to when we go out so much. Much I messed up a lot over the weekend so yesterday and today really ditching the carbs. I've got to get the store and busy some healthy food before I can really hit hit hard. Going to Applebees for a salad tonight. That wont be too bad. Hope all is well with you both.

Good to hear from you Angie! Congrats on the not smoking. Not much new with me. Still trying to hang in there, attempting LC and watching calories. Want to lose 10 more in the next couple of months but I always seem to have my usual setbacks with the beer and tortilla chips once ever couple of weeks.

It is still really cold here (below average for this time of year) so I've been walking at the mall which is really boring. We've had snow showers almost every day for the last two weeks. Still have snow piled up in the yard and it's the middle of March

I would feel alot better if I could at least get outside and walk. Hope all is well with Diane too!

The weather is really warm here. Its going to be 79 today! Time to get some yard work done and and the pool area clean.

I am finally a non smoker. Day 3 without a cig. YAY me. Now I can concentrate on my other vices.

well its going to be cold and rainy all weekend here so SUCKS! But we do have a few indoor events planned. Both daughters were here for Jens birthday last night. Graduation today and 60th birthday Sunday. Then we have a big bike race in town Monday. but the weather is supposed to be awful. We opened the pool but no way we could go in, 30s at night. Whats with this weather?!?!?!?!? Good to hear from you and I will try to find you on FB. I hope all is good with Diane too!
