Glad you are checking in here! Good luck with your weigh in today but remember that a number on the scale doesn't define who you really are. As far as feeling grateful,do you keep a gratitude journal?I've found that it helps me to maintain focus on what truly is important in life.

I'm a huge hockey fan,and a so so Canucks fan.I wish they would have won against LA but they just couldn't get it together. I am really enjoying all the other series though and have my PVR set for the games tonight. I play bridge this evening and won't be home until 10:30ish,will try to watch some of it tomorrow night.

Hi Shoo ~ Thanks for advice about scale and you are so right. Being down 1 pound is good but not the end all. Yes, I am currently on day 17 in my gratitude journal - kept one off and on for ages.
