4.6lbs in 3 days. I will take it!!! Hopefully this was the push I needed to get my weight loss going again. I just woke up so I'm thinking today with be another day of meat and eggs. Will check in tomorrow morning.

I've been in steady ketosis but on a weight loss plateau for almost a week which is so discouraging..I REALLY need to see the scales moving again! Found this thread last night and turns out this will be a great weekend to give it a go. Starting at 196.8. Lucky to love eggs already. Thanks for being here LC Friends!

so, i'm down another 1.2 this morning for a grand total of 4.4 for my 3 days of egglove : ) woohoo!!!

now girls, i'm gonna warn you, there is a downside: the pants i just bought are now baggy in the booty, LOL.

Woot! Woot! You all are so amazing -- such Inspiration here! I'm still in day one, so just going with the flow. I feel great tho!

Breakfast - two poached eggs. nuff said.

Lunch - 3 egg omelet, with an ounce of cream cheese.

Dinner - not there yet, but I'm thinking a simple 3 egg souffle with farmhouse cheddar and fresh chopped basil from the garden, then drizzled with a rosemary hollandaise.

I am sooo loving this!

It is sticking and I've lost another .4lbs just by eating my regular food. I really think this is what I needed to jump start my weight loss again. This will be my "go to" for stall busting!

hi girls, wanna admit that i went off the wagon, been having lot of leg and knee pain since i was egging so i added some veggies and cheated too

146.4 after half a day off eggfast technically. Went to the reception and had a bite of a few carbier things, but it wasn't worth it so passed them to DH to finish. Went home starving (had to make DH leave earlier than he planned) and had an egg. He said you just wanted to get home to eat your eggs. LOL Will take something LC with me in the future to fill me up for these events. Pack a lunch

Eating eggs again today...then the bring a covered big event tomorrow! Will be tough to stay on plan there...but the eggs today will help. Planning to do an egg fast next week to recover from Mon.

I have to take mag. daily or I get shocking pains in my arm...not a LC or egg thing...just my screwed up body.

Hello Eggers!

Ok, I'm officially in as of tomorrow! I've got 6 very stubborn lbs I'd like to lose. I've already been experimenting with eating eggs this past couple of days. Always have loved eggs...have done M/E in the past with great results but have never gone strictly eggs. I usually include sausage, bacon and steak along with my eggs so I'm sure I"ll miss them for the next few days or so. I'll be eating my eggs scrambled, boiled and in egg salad. Wish me luck! And congrats on everyone else's losses!

I'm back. I went to the drive-in with my girls last night and I don't know what happened. lol I ate popcorn, jalapeano poppers, cheese sticks, salty soft pretzel with cheese dip and a hotdog with a bun. And it was the grossest food I have ever tasted but I kept putting it in my mouth! So I am up 3lbs overnight which I know is all water weight but I'm turning to eggs to get it off quick so I'm not struggling for weeks like I did last time I had a cheat.

Breakfast: 3 eggs, scrambled in 2 tsp of butter

Lunch: 4-eggs salad with 2 tbsp of mayo, added a few diced onions

Supper: 3 eggs scrambled in 2 tsp of butter, and leftover egg salad.

So with supper forthcoming I will be at a total of 10 eggs for the day.

Didn't get on teh scale this morning, but at last check, (yesterday) I was 145lbs. So lets see how this goes...5lbs to go!

Didn't eat too badly today, but will probably be up some. I think there was some sugar in the salad dressing, etc. Will weigh in the morning, and I will probably be doing another egg fast to quickly get the water weight off. I want to hit that 145! So Close!!!

Scale shows me at 143.5lbs...so 1.5lbs loss since yesterday...thank you very much, I'll take it!
