Weight Loss Goal For The Week Of Mar 14th - Mar 20th

What's up guys? You know the drill, state your goal and lets rock it out this week. Spring is almost here and I am so ready to show off a less heavy body this season. What about you?

I'm in my second week of induction and hoping for a big loss this week as I've been SO good about my diet and have not seen the results on my scale (TOM). I started last week at 145.2 and ended the week at 145.8. I'm so discouraged and depressed, but maybe this will be the week.

To lose THREE pounds this week. I'm starting at 145.8.

First goal: 138
Second goal: 133
Third goal: 128

Started last week at 219.8 and ended this morning at 217.8. I met my goal of losing 2 lbs.

For this week:

Starting Weight: 217.8
Goal Weight: 215.8

Yep, I'm aiming for another 2 lb. loss.

Good Morning! It's Daylight Savings Time!!! Woo Hoo! I LOVE IT!!! There will be SO much more time in the evenings to get a workout in now. And we don't change the clocks back until November. This makes me very happy!!!

I'm down 3 pounds this week! That makes 16 since Feb. 1. I'm so surprised how well it's working for me "this time!" The first 10 came off in the first 2 weeks of induction, then 3 more in the following two weeks, then zero the next week, and now 3 more. I wish I could live in ketosis.

Hope to lose 2 this upcoming week, but I won't hold my breath. I'm expecting at any time now to hit the dreaded plateau (or stall as many of you call it). I'm ready for it (ugh!)

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone else's results from last week! Have a great day!

@ Feelin' Great you like that we lost an hour? J/K Congrats on the loss last week, WTG!!!
@Sydney, keep the faith and stay on task, a loss is bound to be coming. I highly recommend, especially while in Induction, that you also participate in the what are you eating thread, post your menus and state you are in Induction, some of the posters may be able to point out any foods that may be hindering you, and/or use a tool like ****** or my new fave ********* to track your food intake, fat percentage, carb percentage and protein percentage. Also are you exercising? A lot of posters differ on the benefit of exercise, I find it motivating and it clears my head, you may find a benefit with it. Finally, if you have not done so already post any concerns or questions you have about Induction in a new thread, people here are always more than willing to help
@Everyone else, lets make it a fantastic week!

Absolutely! Yes, I love that we lost that hour! I always look forward to it by this time of year. Losing 1 hour in the middle of the night is so worth all the hours we gain for the next 8 months. I am totally doing the happy dance!

I want to lose 1.5 lbs , because I havent stayed on the plan for more than 2 days,,,,so I am committing to doing this , this week. My hubby will be home and is he my best coach, he has lost 30 lbs and he is gonna help me get to the gym. I hope that after this week I can do it for myself,, I hope that daily gym outtings will get me going. I am lucky to have someone to help me but I know I have to get tough with myself. After reading some things in the diabetic part of this forum, I have a renewed sense of the importance of this way of life,,,,,,,lbs lost or not I have to eat this way. Plus when I do,,,,, I feel in control.

Sorry for the ramble..lol.

My goal this week is 2. I'd love to be at 143 by next Sunday. I lost 1.6 last week. I just started training for the Disney 1/2 marathon in September. Exercise really helps me lose, so I'm upping my expectations.

This TOM character is a real jerk... Can you believe what "he" is doing to all of us ladies around here??

Anyway, the jerk is now at my house, so I didn't meet my goal last week. SO....I'll set the same goal again.

by next week: 185 (the halfway point of my weight loss - down 35 pounds with 35 to go.) It HAS to happen here eventually, right? I've been hunkered down for weeks to no avail. Maybe this will be the week...

Backing up and taking a deep breath after the 3/4 lb gain last week. I just want to make it to a solid 137 and lose that extra weight I gained this week. That way I will have just one lb to lose to make my monthly goal of 136. Rawked my cozy little world to gain instead of lose this week. First time it happened to me. Time to bar the door and hunker down for a straight up, no snacking, week!

Ok last week was super fabulous for me, started the week at 224.8, this morning down to 219!!

This weeks goal: 215.....It may be a tad bit aggressive but I'm feeling spunky and I'm cooking up a storm in the kitchen to prep for the week.

We can do this ladies...TOGETHER!

Have family problems going on and gained 1.5 pounds last week.

For this week, I'd like to lose weight (duh!). Starting out at 192.5 and hope to see 191 this time next week.
