I most likely will be up in weight tomorrow as I went to BBQ's for late afternoon lunch (after touring the Metropolitan Museum of Art here in New York with a group) and had the fried shrimp and chicken with a green salad. Not use to eating fried foods other than those cooked with either Atkins bake mix or crushed pork rinds as a coating.
