My goal weight for September is 180. Dead Serious this month.

Starting weight 196 Week one 2 lb loss Week two .2 lb loss (lol) Week three 3 lb loss Week four week 4 no loss Week five Sunday 9-26 192 ok, going down this week again.. Monday 9-27 191 Tuesday 9-28 191.2 Wednesday 9-29 191 Thursday 9-30 192 My fault.. Ok, well down 4 lbs this month..last month I bounced between 198 and 194 and this month I am between 189 and 193 so I am moving in the right direction, Lets do it again!! Nice job everybody!! Lizzie

Week one--no loss this short week (177.5) Week two--2.5 pounds lost (175) Week three--no pounds lost (175) Week four--one pound gain (176) Week five--1.5 pound net loss Sunday 9-26-174.5 Monday 9-27-174 Tuesday 9-28-174 Wednesday 9-29-173.5 Thursday 9-30-173.5 So I lost 4 pounds this much. Would like to have lost more but I really flaked out on exercising. And hey, a loss is still a loss! |

Ended August at 168.8. My goal for September is 160.
9-30: 161 Just 1 lb away from my September goal. Not too bad I moved into my new home and the scale is downstairs... So I don't always remember to check. Then it takes me another to week or two to lose it all. I feel like I should be losing a little more each month since I still have another 40 until goal. Since I've started taking the Udo oil I do feel much better with no cravings. Who knows maybe this is what I've needed to help with my weight loss. I guess I'll know for October if this will help during TOM or not. I'm positive I'll have a much better month in Oct and I'm going to hit 100 gone!!! I know I can do it! ![]()
