Ok, well down 4 lbs this month..last month I bounced between 198 and 194 and this month I am between 189 and 193 so I am moving in the right direction, Lets do it again!!

Just 1 lb away from my September goal. Not too bad

I moved into my new home and the scale is downstairs... So I don't always remember to check. Mornings are very rushed now with trying to get the kids and myself ready and out the door as quickly as possible in the mornings.

I'll take the 4 pound loss for the month. At least I'm really in ONEDERLAND!!! I refuse to go back. I don't know why but TOM always seems to mess me up. I end up putting all the weight I've lost plus some. Then it takes me another to week or two to lose it all. I feel like I should be losing a little more each month since I still have another 40 until goal. Since I've started taking the Udo oil I do feel much better with no cravings. Who knows maybe this is what I've needed to help with my weight loss. I guess I'll know for October if this will help during TOM or not. I'm positive I'll have a much better month in Oct and I'm going to hit 100 gone!!! I know I can do it!
