I can copy & paste the opening that OZ does then we could just post as we always do and if all else fails we just add our time & lbs lost at the end our self. I know its not Oz But I really like coming here and need the help you all give.
Like this: Boot Camp Challenge Cycle #24{ Aug 9 -Aug 23} Welcome new and returning recruits to our next cycle of Boot Camp. Just to re-lay the ground 'rules':- In boot camp we log carbs and/or calories (if you are already tracking them) and our exercise time each day. On day one we record our weight and waist measurements and take them again at the end of the 14 days for results. Post your stats, receive encouragement, accountability and support to stay on-plan (which ever plan or stage you are on) for 2 weeks.
