Well, my nutrition isn't fabulous but the scale is holding @ 153 this morning. Doing well on the exercise front, have worked out 3 mornings in a row which is the first time in a LONG time I've managed that!!!

Mixed nuts are not my friend either! I just have no control. And dh's favorite snack is to mixed all the nuts we have in the house with a cup or so of raisins. He did this last night and I TOTALLY RESISTED!!!!!!!

Seems like my carbs are calories are really but truly I'm not hungry! I usually have no appetite this time of year - its well over 100F daily and the humidity is creeping up over 60%!!!! But I just got some really great sounding new chicken recipes for the grill so I may adapt a few for my LC lifestyle and try them. Yes, we grill in the backyard but eat inside!

mmmmm, nuts - almost universal portion control issues I think!! I have the same problems with them - nuts of choice for me are macadmias (fine on carbs, but huge on calories) and cashews (big on both carbs & calories) .

Blondie I have a really hard time eating when its hot and humid too. Just feels so uncomfortable to eat.

Nuts are tough! I weigh them out into one oz portions as soon as I get them home. And the packages lie! It says on my cashews that one oz=50 pieces. LIES. Its only 25-29.

Momw3ds good job!

Jogged today even though I felt crappy. I'm all pumped full of hormones and just not a great person to be around.
