Well done momw3ds :notwrothy:mmmmm, nuts - almost universal portion control issues I think!! I have the same problems with them - nuts of choice for me are macadmias (fine on carbs, but huge on calories) and cashews (big on both carbs & calories) . |

Blondie I have a really hard time eating when its hot and humid too. Just feels so uncomfortable to eat.
Nuts are tough! I weigh them out into one oz portions as soon as I get them home. And the packages lie! It says on my cashews that one oz=50 pieces. LIES. Its only 25-29. Momw3ds good job! Jogged today even though I felt crappy. I'm all pumped full of hormones and just not a great person to be around. *********** For Wednesday Calories 1596 Carbs 26.3 Exercise 45 minutes |

exercise 30 min. swimming didn't make it to the gym yesterday. I doubled up on my clients so I've got the rest of the week off. Looks like we all love nuts. I buy little bags to keep in the car incase I get real hungry. That way I don't stop at a fast food. |
