Here I am and ready set go. This morning 135.6. I got to get my scale moving. In the past 2 months it seems like I've been yo yoing the same few lbs. This time around it seems like my body just doesn't want to loose. But it's going to.:aprayer: So my goal for me it to just see some kind of loss and no gain. I'll even take it by the ounces if I have to.

Scale is up this morning, had chinese and all that sodium doesn't agree with me. But drink alot of water to try and get rid of it.

At TOPS we submit a goal weight written on a script pad or letterhead from a healthcare provider. The goal needs to be a single weight and not a range. Once we meet that goal we are a KOPS and we are allowed to go 7 lbs under and 3 lbs over, hence a leeway.

Sorry, Liz! I know how frustrating it is.

I always weigh on Monday so this is unofficial, but I'm down 1.4 pounds since Tuesday - and 10.4 since April 5th - my restart on NutriSystem. I'm pretty happy.

We'll see what the scale says tomorrow.

..I start out everyday good ..I am trying to jump back on..but I fall off again.. I do well till I get home after work tired and hungery..eat a on track dinner THEN I end up craving sweets!!:annoyed: and I eat them:annoyed:

I think I may stop and get a double cheeseburger no bun on the way home from work today..

Oy... I have a lot, too! Probably won't make it, but could probably be ~160 instead, which I'd be THRILLED WITH.

I started the hcg plan, and am barely going to be eating anything for a while. :blush: Hopefully it works the miracles it claims to work!

Hi everyone:hiya: I put myself back on induction the week to see if I can get this scale moving again, I hate these stalls, but I keep going. But I managed to lose a few ounces this week:stars: But at least I'm doing great in the exercise department. I've been making it to the gym 5 days a week.
