Yay you. Feel better.

I gave in to some emotional eating today. Geez I hate that. But tomorrow is a heavy exercise day teaching and then P90X workout so I know I'll have an on plan day with my eating, have to or I won't be worth anything at the gym. Thank goodness for workouts.

No giving up here!! no sir'e. I am at 228 this morning. I seem to be stuck there. going up and down but always ending on that number. so I just gotta wait out this hump and then hopefully things will start going again! I am still in ketosis. funny how this time around it is not doing its job as well. but he any fat burnt is good fat burnt weather I notice it or not. Linda you are doing great!! better then me! heck I don't even want to get out of bed each morning let alone exsersize and teach classes!!! ugh I am so bad with names!! but the poor girl who is fighting the same 2 or 3 lbs like I am... keep sticking it out! that scale has to give in eventually!

Hi everyone, Just checking in for accountability. I did a 1 hr. Yoga DVD today. Yoga is part of the P90X workout but the yoga on P90X is 90 min.and it really hurts my wrist so I substitute with a 60 min. power yoga DVD.

Been MIA for a few days, got to go down to my sisters boat for a few days. I stayed pretty much on plan and didn't gain so I was happy with that. But now is the big weekend coming up so I'm starting to plan ahead.

Well, I jumped on the scale this morning because I was feeling "different" and I lost another pound - yahoo!

It's 3-day weekend and I'm taking the week off from work so I am programming my brain to stay on track and not waiver - just because I'm on vacation, doesn't mean I have to go off plan.

No rib fractures...but it hurts badtaking advil..the nurse told me to take deep breaths and try to cough she said there was something in the bottom of my lung..probley from shallow breathing..that could turn into pneumnia

Goodmorning, sad to say I didn't do as good as I planned over the long holiday weekend. I had so many people camping over and the weather was so nice all weekend. We had big bonfires and drinks and all kinds of food. So I'm paying the price today. But got right back on plan this morning. And I sent all left overs and desserts home with friends. I hope everyone else did good.

HI Everyone! I was missing for awhile. the past few weeks have been busy busy. had a garage sale, made no money picnics, b-day parties,kids had the chicken pox, yeah thats was fun. well today is the official start of summer! my daughters last day of school was yesterday! and i am happy to say that on the first day of summer, the scale FINALLY moved! I have been stuck at or above 228 for weeks. its been jumping up and down from there and 231 but today when I woke up and checked I was at 226. not a huge difference but I got past that horrible number that has been holding me hostage. AND another wonderful thing. my cloths are finally starting to get loose!! It has been a month and a few weeks and I am finally starting to see a payoff! Well I have to get moving. busy day. going to pick up a new pet lizard for my daughter. then off to take the kids to a festival to ride rides. I have to try NOT to eat the fair food. then firework. then drop the kids off and off to the a bar for a long lost friends b-day party. where i again have to be careful. so many temptations. I would kill for a big frosty strawberry daiquiri. oh well. I can make it through. lol man I don't think I have done this much in months. now i have to cram it all in one day.

Well good luck everyone! I didn't have to time to read everyones posts. I have a few weeks worth to go through I think.

It's been about a month. I listened to thephone meeting this morning though. Anyone can listen and share even if they are not doing GS. The only requirement for membership is the desire to stop eating compulsively. There is really a lot of strength and hope in the program. I'm back! Vacation is almost over - 1 more day. I ate off plan this week and per norm I probably gained a lot of weight.

I'm sure you are all sleeping peacefully, but I'm having trouble falling asleep - I'm hot and tired, but no Mr. Sandman!

Flax crust pizza last night and it caught up to me while I was walking this morning. Had to make a detour to a convenience store LOL.

Hi everyone!

Well, back to work! I had a great week off. I went to visit my new doctor and I liked him. He has ordered a lot of tests; ekg, mammo, lung Xrays, blood panel, urine panel, thyroid, etc. so I'm taking off the whole day that those are being done. We discussed my weight, but he didn't speak to me in a demeaning way about it. I told him about my eating plan and he was happy with that. He did ask me if I ever thought of gastric bypass surgery, and I told him I had but insurance doesn't cover it and I can't afford it.

Besides doctor, I had my honey-do man come over and install some shelves in the walk-in closet in my den. I was tired of having everything on the floor and not being able to put my vacuum cleaner away. They turned out nice and it is great - I can now "walk in" to my "walk-in" closet

I treated myself to a new refrigerator/freezer. I inherited the one I have and it works fine, but it is a side-by-side and I don't like it - not enough refrigerator space and too much freezer space and both spaces are way too narrow. I drop more things on the floor trying to get them out of the fridge!

I know I'm sharing more info than you probably want to know, but since I haven't visited in a while, I'm feeling a bit chatty!!!

Gibby, sounds like a very thorough appointment.

So far today, I have kicked myself in the rear and decided to get going on plan. I was at fiance's and didn't weigh. I am afraid to anyways, I can tell by my clothes.

I haven't eaten anything between Breakfast and Lunch so far. That is how I did it when I started this WOE a couple of years ago. Now to stick with it.

B Plain yogurt, protein powder, coffee, creamer

L chicken, salad, EVOO and ACV

D veggies and or salad, burger

I know! He graduated from Harvard Medical School and specializes in Internal Medicine and lungs. I love Internal Medicine doctors!

I'm back on plan now, too! Gained 7 pounds over the week - when will I ever learn????

Gibby where did you go on vacation? I wish I had a walk in closet. Lucky girl, mines so small that in order to find what I want to wear I have to stack them in a big pile on the chair outside my closet. Sounds like we're all starting back on plan again.

Vicki I do good all day and then it's at night that I want to snack, so I'm going to make sure I have nothing extra after 7pm.

My walk-in closet is very small, but I can walk in.

I stayed home and did doctor, honey-do projects and fun things with my friend. Did a little reading.

I finally cracked. it took longer then i thought.2 days ago I ate some spaghetti and garlic bread. and then today i had a few doughnut holes and a small dish of ice cream. I am pms'in like crazy and I have ZERO self control right now!!!! I am going to be kicking myself in a few days when it passes and I am up 5 lbs. and of course I can barley stay awake from the sugar crash I am having.
