Last week went pretty good. I'm definitely starting to feel the difference in my clothes. Less than two weeks ago I couldn't fit in several L t-shirts and work out shirts but this past weekend most of them fit. I had two Easter dinners (one saturday at inlaws and one yesterday at parents) but managed to stay on my LC way both times. Also stayed away from all the candy and chocolate in the house. Each of my girls got 6 easter baskets filled with all kinds of chocolate and candy (not counting what they got from school). My wife and I already decided we would save some for them and take the rest to each of our offices to get rid of it all. Hope everyone has a great week!

My workouts didn't go as planned. I have severe plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis which prevent me from doing any lower body workouts. I am having surgery on my foot Friday and I hope to start upper body only workouts next week.

DOH, should have put on my glasses and read the label better, the truffles are 14 carbs for 5! Not for one. I could have had 5 or I could have had 2 for 5.5 carbs and still had a shake or salad later.

Sorry you are poorly sweetpoison, My allergies have been bad too. maybe that is contributing to my gain? I am 131 today. Yikes, I ordered the Dr Atkins journal for tips and motivation.

we went to IKEA to buy an armoire and I ended up starving for lunch. DH took us to the Keg for Keg burgers with side Caesars So good - I love this plan!

Wow, everyone did really great!

Yesterday I did a VLC day and dropped the 2 lbs of water weight I was holding from my weekend of drinking. I'm going to do another VLC day today and maybe tomorrow. I feel great. I didn't work out yesterday but I went to the gym this morning and did 1/2 hr walk/run on the treadmill and then weights, chest, shoulders, and abs.

First week of challenge was challenging since I went out of town on Friday and just got back last night. I did walk 2x and did cardio 2x; but only did the Wii for about 15 minutes. I was not at all consistent with my supplements.
I'm happy to report that my weight stayed the same. Why happy? Because I was up 2 lbs earlier in the week and even though my mom prepared wonderful low carb meals for us, they were a bit higher in carbs than I would normally eat. Anyway, back home, getting back into routine and I anticipate weight loss this week!!

Goodmorning, going off to the gym early this morning. I'm up a lb but I feel real bloated so I hope it's gone by tomorrow. I got to increase my water didn't do to good on that the past few days. Now the weather has been getting warmer I've started to walk a little more each day. I'd like to incorparate that into my weekly exercise plan.

I decided yesterday that I may have been over exercising so I stopped exercising for the moment. Think I will make some induction pancakes & with blueberries tomorrow for breakfast. I need to use up the last of those blueberries I got last week.

Nothing new to report here. We are taking the week off from the pool,so I walked 3 miles on the treadmill today. Eating the same stuff. I'm not weighing until this weekend,so who knows what it is doing.
