I am back! Did not weigh in this week, had a work emergency and ended up with a kidney infection. Just starting to feel better and getting back on track. I did get weighed at the doctors office and I was 186, fully dressed so I think I am headed in the right direction. Looks like everyone has done a great job, keep it up!

Making a London Broil with mushrooms and onion in the crockpot for dinner tonight. Carbs have averaged 15 all week but I don't think I've lost any more weight yet.

London Broil is a top round, very lean, and is usually marinated and broiled. It is great if your jaws need a workout LOL. It isn't a cut I usually buy but it was on sale for 1.40 a pound. I like to cook lean meats in the crockpot because they get soft and make great gravy.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Ate out 4 times this week because we we're away and now the scale is up. I think I made all good choices but the sodium they put in foods get me everytime. I can wait until Monday and hope to get things rolling again. I even missed the gym quite a bit this week.

Inga I'm making London Broil in the crockpot tomorrow. I also like to add a bag of radishes to it, when there done cooking they taste like red potatoes.

I know what you mean Misty. When in the past, I've gone out of town and end up eating a bit (or entirely) off plan I'm always happy to get back home and get into the groove again! There's so many things you just can't control for when eating out a lot.
I keep meaning to try that with the radishes!
