I found the "Lose 5" thread. Good luck to those of you that are on it. I can't lose 5 pounds a week so it is built in "failure" for me.

It isn't meant to be 5 lbs in a week. Just however long it takes for any person to achieve it Gibby. It may take weeks for someone to lose the 5 lbs. However, those that are jumping in seem to be on induction so it is only taking a week or so.
