checking in here. I am still on vacation until Sunday afternoon so not doing so great on the eating. I am not eating out of control, but not as low carb as I'd like either. I plan to get serious about ketosis and low carb as soon as we get back in town. My exercise has been pretty good though. I have done at least one hour 2 out of the last 3 days and a half hour the other day.

I'm happy to report that I am on target today with both food and exercise. I did Upper Body Strength Training (Tamilee Webb) and a mile with WATP. I plan to increase my exercise a little everyday. I have my ground turkey on hand for a taco salad tomorrow, minus the taco chips of course.

i think i was MUCH meaner in OSS.

if i remember correctly, i did the same thing with food points (meaning one off plan meals meant no points for the week). I decided not to do that with this challenge, as i learned some ppl used that as an excuse to CONTINUE to eat off plan during the rest of the week. Hmph!

I joined this challenge because she is a strong person and that's what motivates me. I do not like the majority of the "that's okay's" on this board when someone falls off the wagon. I want to get my a-- kicked if I mess up, that way you don't keep making the same mistakes!

So for exercise points, it goes from week to week, and the max you can get in one week is 1 point, and in order to get that one point, you have to exercise at least three days in that week. Is that right?

No...you have to exercise at least 3 times a week...so when you exercise you can get at least 3 pts. Every additional day is 1 pt. SO if I exercise next week 5 times I get 5 pts...I eat op all 7 days I get 7 pts. 7+5=12 pts for the week plus any other bonus pts I earn

Oh o.k., I get it! You get three points for exercising three days, and then additional points for more days. Very cool! But if you exercise only once or twice, you get no points, right?

you got it...for exercise it's moving at least 3 times a week....2 doesn't cut it...and you'd get no pts....with this challenge it's honesty...you mess up...fess up...
