We got snow today and it is still coming down. We are suposed to end up with 10-14 inches! YUCK!!! I can't complain b/c ya'll have been getting tore up.


I am still here peeps! I love the challenge for this week!! The squat machine at the gym gets it done!!

yup we were so shocked that they announced it at 11am....the last time they waited til 6 am...and I leave home at 5am....that sucked....but I'm glad this time!

Send a little of that snow my way!! We're hosting the winter Olympics in a couple of days and we've had the warmest winter on record!!
Last winter we were snowed under - this year it's sunshine (not that I'm complaining) but I keep picturing all those tourists who think we live in igloos in Canada,

Exercise is going good, but I have fallen off track with the diet...need a kick in the a$$....where's my partner?!

OK...no more whining....back to strict calorie counting starting today!

Hello Everybody! Just wanted to let you know I'm still here. I went to NYC on Sunday and I didn't get back until last night. I didn't take my laptop with me so I couldn't post. I stayed on plan Sunday and Monday. Traveling home yesterday I succombed to airport food and today I ate a snack cake I totally didn't need. I plan to salvage what I can of the rest of the week because for the most part I stayed true to the plan. Glad to see all my comrades still here and glad I got out of NYC before the snow hit!

Anyone tried Shiritaki noodles? I just got some this past weekend. I am in LOVE with them....they are so good! They take on whatever flavor you choose. Well worth looking into. Hope everyone is doing good!

My mom and sisters love it!!! I can't get past the chewy....the ones we had were tofu....they were fine but I can't....
