I'm still here! Had a revelation today...I had to change my thinking from "Hey Ive lost almost 40 pounds and look better, maybe I don't have to lose anymore" to "I really want to make it to goal"!!! Each time I get to low 140s, I get comfortable with staying where I am. I need to push this time to lose the last 15-20 once & for all. So today was Day 1 of my "restart". I changed my stats to show this. Please don't misunderstand...I haven't been off plan...just getting serious now

I totally understand...I've just been maintaining the same weight....exercising more than I have in my whole life but I'm maintaining....I need to lose...so I'm with you...I'm kicking it up a notch.....my eating is on plan but I need to do a clean revamp!

Grr...had a BAD week...I do have a bum leg, but I should have done more exercising anyway. I only worked out a couple days, so no points there I did eat OP though...not easy with TOM in full swing. Anyhoo, just explaining my less than stellar week...not making excuses This week...it's ON!!!

Let's Get Physical...Physical


This week we are focusing on sexy sculpted legs:

Option 1:

Complete 70 flights of stairs (in both directions) this week and earn 3 bonus points. For every 10 flights over this earn an extra point.

Option 2:

Complete these five leg exercises 4 days this week and earn 3 bonus points. Add one point for each day over those 4 that you complete the workouts:

Leg Workout - Leg Exercises at Home
1: Squats: 3 sets of 30
2: Plies: 3 sets of 30
3: Heel Raises: 3 sets of 40
4: Squats: 3 sets of 20
5: 2 types of Leg raises: 3 sets of 30

You may complete option 1, 2, both or none this week.

Happy Friday to All! I had a good wt loss this week so my new plan is still working. My poor little pitiful points, that resulted from my two weeks of bad behavior, will have to be corrected so I'm going all out for extra points this week.

Tyl, this is a great challenge! Yea! Bring on the BURN that I've been waiting for...I feel so weak right now...wanting to cheat, but I can't because I don't want to disappoint my partners, who would definitely be upset with me...so, I guess I'll wrap my brain around this challenge, instead of some "off plan" food, which would result in no weight loss...okay, I've talked myself out of cheating...but damn, it's tempting...even a little white wine...okay, nope, can't do that either...$#%^%...stick to the plan, SUNNY!

I'm also really proud of the Challengers that are still in this race...WTG!

Well hello all!
Today was a good day for me. I lost 8 pounds in my biggest loser challenge at work. I never know what to expect with that scale. At least today it was very close with my home scale. My thighs have been killing me with the last chance workout and run. I almost won for the week but another woman who sick this week lost a higher percentage of weight. One week I am going to win...hopefully its that last weigh in for the 320 bucks. We also finally bought our cruise tickets for the Mediterranean cruise. I am totally excited about that. This will be the furthest I have gone from home. I was going to go grocery shopping because I am making seafood gumbo for my superbowl party ( have to make food I would love to eat or else I allow myself to eat all of the off plan food my friends are going to bring), but we are snowed in. I disappointed in my directv but thank goodness for dvrs. I am slowly clearing it off. Just relaxing today. I think its because my school law class is cancelled tomorrow. This is what a weekend should be like all the time. Well enough of my blubbering. I am looking forward to the stairs next week, I need this so I can get a Beyonce booty, not a Nicki Minaj lol.

Good evening everyone
Today I finally hit the ten pound mark. I'm way behind on my goal, but I've stayed on plan and worked hard, so I can't feel too bad about it. Just two and a half weeks left til my trip.
I'll be looking for another challenge when i get back, so i hope you all are still around.
Hockey tomorrow morning, then I'm going to get out for a walk in the afternoon. We have a very rare week of sunshine forecasted here so I'm going to make the most of it.
I got some stairs in yesterday at work, and caught a few flights when I went in today for a couple of hours.

I was diagnosed with strep throat on Tuesday and the kids diagnosed on Wednesday. Not a good week physical wise - but eating was good since it was mainly soup!! You would have thought I'd lost but not feelin it.

Hey Ladies!! I'm here!! I'm bed ridden because I pulled a muscle in my back Saturday night while shovelling and then made the mistake of shovelling more yesterday with 20 inches of snow this past weekend!! I can't even walk!! Try literally crawling to the bathroom and crying because it hurts too much to even sit on the toilet!!! I've been in bed all day today and can't even turn over! And, now we're getting 10-20 more inches between tomorrow noon and Wednesday night!! I cannot believe it!! I have no idea how many points I have cause I've gotta go back through the pages and find the last one, but I'm still here! I can't do stairs this week at all because I can't even stand up straight. The pain is RIDIC!!! Pain pills aren't working or anything . But, I am grateful that I'm alive and that I can at least feel my legs! Thank you Daddy!!! I'm so proud of all of you!!! Keep it up!!

Aww Kim...so sorry to hear you're hurt Please take care of yourself...a back injury is nothing to mess around with. The heating pad is your friend right now We got 2 feet of snow this weekend and expecting another 8-12" tomorrow night I WANT SPRING!!!!
