Yay, Starr!!! Congrats. Those are amazing numbers!!

Im very excited. The Biggest Loser is on tonight. Its the only show I watch. Im not a big TV person.

The baby is down for a nap so I am hopping on.

I have finished 30Shred and put down two cups of water. I got my 8 cups in yesterday plus 48oz towards the bonus. 200oz feels like alot more water than it sounds. LOL

I had a no carb dinner so breakfast was carby (or Id have NO milk for DS2)
Last night DH made a pork roast and veggies. I washed it down with lotsa water.

I had peanuts and a banana before taking DS1 to school. Then worked out and made some cornbread with extra corn in it and a glass of milk.

Then I said...well nevermind what I said...when I realized that cornbread is BREAD. My diet is "no fried, no bread, no added salt, no sugar". The only reason I made the cornBREAD was because I was trying to avoid bread when I wanted PB on toast for breakfast. I worry about me. So...Im down a point for today. Dangit! Ill have to make it up in water. So I started Saturday...so I have 3 points for eating, 3 points for exercise and Im working on a point for water.

I dont think I have shrunk but Im feeling a lil tighter and taller. I hate that gloppy feeling when you dont workout. Like your muscles have turned to jello. Blah...

I used youtube to learn...I need special slow and more explanatory directions. LOL I end up looking at the computer with this blank expression and my jaw just gapping. Its sad. Especially when DH walks in on it. LOL

I'm taking the day off from Shred (I increased to heavier weights yesterday and my arms are sore). I will do a few WATP miles instead. I'm drinking my water...I've been getting at least my recommended minimum for the day, which is BIG, cuz I normally don't drink any I'm a diet coke fiend

LOL I need to have someone show me in person. I tried to learn some new knitting stitches/patterns on TV once and I just couldn't follow the woman. It was all a blur of needles and yarn to me. I am def gonna look into a crochet class at the library. My elderly neighbor taught me to make the afghans...she was like a grandma to me and sadly we lost her to lung cancer. I think of her fondly whenever I knit

All the new patterns I learn are from youtube...Theresa Richardson is awesome...she does her vids then puts them in slow motion...you can learn to read patterns from her...

Ok, I just realize that I've been lurking our page today but not posting.... So, I'm down to 248 today (Yay!) and I'm proud about it!! Thank you Daddy!! for keeping me focused!! I only drank 20 oz of water today, so I've got a long way to go on that!! Also, I'm beginning to see the arm bands are working, so my back won't be waving at me this year...Woohoo!!! My plan tonight is to do my Core Rhythms and at least 10 minutes on my sports hoop before leaving work today. Holla!!

Oh, almost forgot... I just finished off my pot roast meal at lunch today, so I'll have a huge taco salad for dinner tonight!! YUM!! That's all I ate over the weekend and loved it!! Have to have it again!! Oh, and I had chocolate milk last night for dessert! LOL! It was good and the sf chocolate syrup is from Hershey's (a new formula) and is GUUUDDDDD!

Hi Everyone! I am still eating on plan and I worked out today. So, things are good! I am NOT a big water drinker though so the extra points are going to be tough for me this week.

On a happy note: I actually weighed today and I have lost 5 pounds since Jan 3rd! Yippee!

i've got some kind of eye problem today... i ordered new glasses cuz i'm out of contacts, but the irritation has given me a MAJOR migraine and i just feel like crap.

OMG I just finish the last minute workout tape after my 20 minute run/walk and I feel like I could go to sleep standing. I always heard that exercising helps with sleep but I didn't know I would feel this tired. I feel my muscles shaking as I stand and bend to do laundry. Anyway, I am on plan with eating and exercise and water. I am very optimistic for my whoosh after TOM. I usually give myself a reason to cheat while I am on but not this time.

Congrats partner! Star that is wonderful that you have that big loss. What is different about Atkins 72 and the new revolution (I think that is what it is called)?

It sounds everyone else is hanging in there. Keep it up girlies!

Hi Everyone. checking in

I have a final interview today for a job. There are two candidates left in this process (myself and someone else) and this is interview #3. This one is four hours long and I will meet with 3-4 people in the company, so I am looking forward to getting to meet a lot of possible coworkers. I am not 100% sure the role is a good match for me so hopefully I will have a good feeling one way or another after today.

I would appreciate some good wishes or prayers or something that the right answer comes out of today.......no matter what it is.
