It is one of my favourite things. It is my favourite meal ever.

Well gang. I think I am going to bow out of the challenge. Only because I have no computer at home now. The power cord frayed and the battery is dead. I would have to order a new one from dell and its like $60 so right now its not in the budget. I also have a heck of a time trying to read the forums and post from my blackberry. It makes me insane. So the only computer time I have is at the office. So although I won't be in the challenge I will still lurk and occasionally post while at the office. This is also sucks because I just joined WW online and now I can't access it at home. So I will have to cancel that as well. Nothing went right this weekend with my tech equipment.

Sorry Ang about your computer! We'll miss ya!! And boy does that polenta bread sound good!! Mmmm.... okay, I've got to focus!!

I FOUND IT!

I read 17 pages with a wiggly 6 month old in my arms. LOL

Hi, Dessa! How are you and your beautiful baby boy?

---------------

Just another poll! You don't have to participate....it's just a fun way to get to know each other more!

What's the one meal/dish/food you miss on your plan? My plan is not stringent yet. I guess Bread. Its a great convenience food. Toast is a big favorite of mine. When Im low carbing (which will happen when Im done nursing) I tend to miss raisin bran. Its my favorite food of all time.

When you reach goal (because you will) what's the ONE thing you want to do? Jump up and down, go up and down the stair and run without my knees feeling week and wobbly. Vanity wise...I look forward to a bikini.

If someone looked in your purse/bag what's the most weird/odd thing in your bag? Hmmm....*looking* my nose sucker thingy might raise some eyebrows. LOL

What's your hidden talent? crochet. Im a crochet addict and Im pretty good at it.

If I said "CRABS" what's the first thing you would say? Ewwwwww

Bonus changes weekly. This week you get 1 extra point for every 200 oz. of plain water you drink.

I can SO drink water!

Thanks for the info Lisa. I get SO stressed when I knit. You would think it were brain surgery!

I love one day projects. Last night I made this in purple.
Pretty Pretty Flower Scarf gnat on the windshield

And my ongoing project that I started last week to use up some yellow baby yarn:
http://www.coatsandclark.com/Crafts/...+Front+Top.htm

OKAY! Time to get my butt to the post office...then 30SD...then pickup my 12 year old from school. AND drink some water.

But to report in the scale now only says 202.3 so I'm almost back down to my lowest a couple of weeks ago. I feel like the cat on the screen door, my claws are dug in and I'm ready for a giant swing! Have a great Monday and will talk to you tomorrow Let me know how WW went. You can do it!!!
Hi Jamie I am really doing well with WW. I'm staying on plan and I'm not going crazy with the carbs because that will just lead to a lot of cravings. I'm logging all my points and I haven't been excessively hungry. We'll see how I do for the weigh in on Friday. I totally understand about Splenda and the hidden carbs. That has been a big problem for me. I love having a cup of hazelnut coffee with cream and splenda. The liquid splenda sounds like a good idea. You are sooooooo close to Onederland!

Cle,I just thought you had gotten really excited about polenta. I was headed out the door to go get some right away. I am going to give it a try. I like this idea of "filling foods". I bought a bunch of the Progresso soups that have 0 pts today. I hope that I like them enough to take a can to work with me for lunch everyday.

Melody Glad you are joining us.

To the crocheters and knitters: I love to crochet. I've always wanted to learn to knit but never got around to it. I have been thinking of going to on of the local craft stores to see if they give lessons. The Youtube suggestion was great. They have everything on there so I'm going to check it out. The more time that I keep my hands busy, the less time I'll have to engage in "off plan" eating

Hello all!
Well I was finally lower than the weight I was before I cheated yesterday and then as I got excited to see what would be the reading today, TOm showed it's blushed face. So I won't know for a long while. Hopefully I will have a big whoosh. I have been on plan and have had 400 oz of water since Friday as i try to get in 100 a day. I will do another 20 minute mile today with some video. Talk to you girlies soon.

Melody- you were a personal trainer? Do you have any tips?

Koco- what do you have 200 customers with? Your food looked delish. I made a cajun shrimp and crab alfredo with 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, half a cup of sour cream, half a cup of parmasean cheese, garlic, onions and crushed red pepper and 3 splenda packets . omg

New List

Hi Happyone,
Tips? Not really. Just putting into practice what we all know. I was just a reminder/motivator that kept it interesting by changing it up. Ya know?
