Hello to All! Still eating on plan and went to the gym this morning and hit the treadmill. Afterwards I went to the grocery to get my LC food for the week and I'm cooking tomorrow's dinner as we speak.

Hi Partners Jamie and Lora! Hope you two are doing well.

I was reading through the posts about the Chinese food and Mexican food. Just hearing about Mexican food sounded dreamy. It's my all time favorite.

Hi everyone!
Hey Diane,
Things went fine with the out to eat, I stayed the same over the weekend so I guess it was all fine. Have been trying new dishes, my mom made me some chocolate chip squares (low carb of course) and they were DELICIOUS! Recipe to follow ASAP, she is emailing them to me. Also if anyone likes stuffed mushrooms they were fabulous too!

Stuffed Mushrooms:
Small mushrooms cleaned and cap taken off
Fry some sausage in a pan, drain grease and add some cream cheese. Get the consistency of thick toothpaste.
Scoop this into the mushrooms and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until cheese turns brown. Very, very little carbs if any depending on the sausage.

Have been treating myself to the chocolate shakes. OMG they are heavenly My third grader swears they are made from ice-cream! Got her fooled.
Hope everyone is enjoying the nicer weather, I know I am relishing in the 40 degrees. It's funny how many people are walking around without a coat! Got to love it...

Worked out today and feel fine. So exhausted though i am guessing my thyroid is almost dead (i have hashimotos). I have a doctors appt Feb 6th so i guess we will see what happens.

Hello All!!!!! I'm here and haven't gone anywhere but was a travelling sistah this weekend and so didn't post. I played on my friend's WII on Friday night and it was good! Lost 1.2 pounds from the beginning to end, LOL! YAY! But, by Saturday afternoon, my back hurt me soooooo bad, I've been out of it all weekend (Tylenol 3 and 800 mg ibuprofen) but still had tons of work to do. I'm just getting a minute to post, but wanted all to know that I've been on plan! Yay! I did 100 crunches today and my arm bands and was supposed to finish the 200, but will do that and some tomorrow, plus a workout!! Congrats everyone on your weightlosses!!! I'm down to 252.0 and desperately looking forward to the 240's! See y'all in the morning!!!!

I was wondering when you ladies will be accepting newbies? I am not new to weight loss, but I need a new challenge and acountability. My dad was killed in a car accident in Sept. and I've put on a few pounds which I need to get off ASAP!

I've walked 4 miles this a.m. and did 150 crunches. The scales reads 142.8 so only 12.8# to goal...ONLY...lol....seems more like a million!
