What was everyone's weightloss for today. I was down two pounds 235....guess I am a gonna be a two pound a week wonder.....yep it is a wonder cause I really think I should be dropping more

Hey Sunny..Hope ya had a great on plan day. Did you find a new walking path or change your excersize method in some way? My kids have the WII and I was thinking I could get the Jenny McCarthy excersize thingy, but I dont know if I deserve it being that I still havent used the old excersie dvds I have...for some reason they dont interest me..and her thingy does. I'm weird, maybe I just want to buy something.
I weighed myself today ..first time since my melt down..it was 194.4..I didnt do the happy dance..but I was glad it didnt 195.5 anymore. Still cant believe I messed up my 192 But I'm over it. (kind of) Guess it just makes me know Not To Do That Again!..I'm shooting for 189.9 by the end of this week. My boyfriend is out of town until Feb. 3rd..I would like to be in a size smaller dress by then so I can feel Extra Curve-O-Lisios when I go to the airport to pick him up

Nice to have both my partners here!! Let's all start fresh. I've been pretty well behaved, but I blew it today. My bunless burger arrived with a bun and the ladies I was with were pestering me not to be so "fussy", and whatever - I caved and ate the bun. It's over.

We'll just have to get a little extra exercise in to compensate, and I'm going to do a few days of Stillmans to get back on track and kill the cravings.

Core class tomorrow morning first thing, then a bunch of cardio for me. Dh is going quadding so I can do what I want for the day. Computer upgrade at work so I won't be tempted to go in.

bb soon, gotta check dh's dinner.

Ah Rachel don't you hate it when people tell you you are being "fussy". I have come to a new resolve today. Its my body and darn it I will eat what I want! If its meat all day then phooey on everyone else that is what I will bloody eat. I had given up caring what other people think or do. Its my body not anyone else's and worrying what other's thinking is keeping me in a place I don't want to be - fat. So tell those ladies I don't want it and I am not going to eat it! Give it to them if they want it. Lol.

That should be my philosophy....after being stuck for 4-5 days I got a 3lb whooooosh! I would think as heavy as I am I would drop more....we'll see

Good Morning CTC Chicks!

Yesterday started a new week. My goal is to have 7 days of perfection...well in eating/exercising....for myself--there's no hope. So, 1 day down - 6 to go!
200 crunches - check!
Eating on plan-check!
Walking/biking (7 miles)-check!
H20 - check!

OK...now where's my pawdner? Jennifer - WTG on losing 2#!--I haven't done so well in that dept....but this week is going to be different - that scale is GOING DOWN!

Feeling great!

Hello all! I am totally pumped and amazed that I lost 3.8 overnight. I am super happy!!!! My body threw me because I thought I usually could tell when my whooshes are coming. But I did not expect this one at all. I am very motivated to keep it going. after two weeks is usually when I get off track.

Wow Cle, you are rocking!

Everyone else congrats on your big whooshes. Wow a lot of weight is being dropped in this thread.

I went for a walk this morning and went to the grocery store and loaded up with ground beef, chicken, cheese and jalepenos and some spinach. The plan is to make that whooshie thing and some jalepenos poppers. Wish me luck. Lol.
