Bonus Challenge

Bonus Challenge: Its Crunch Time

Alright ladies....you've been doing this for 2 weeks now. Some of you have held strong while some have been full of crap. Well, ITS CRUNCH TIME.

Week 3's (Fri Jan 15-Thur Jan 21) bonus challenge is as follows:

For every 200 crunches/situps (and other variations) you complete this week, gain 1 bonus point.

*Note these bonus points are in addition to your regular exercise points*

Oh, I can easily do them but with the amount of fat on my belly at this point it is no use. So, I am sticking to cardio until you can actually see the muscles otherwise you just have muscles under a layer of fat.

Good to know we are on the same page It's nice to know we have the same numbers, we can understand one another better I really want to get below the dreaded 200! And I can't even express how wonderful 190 will be!!!! Woohoo!! We can have a long distance party when we BOTH hit the 190 Lady!

Have a great and safe weekend. My family and I are going out to dinner tonight to celebrate our daughter's honor roll accomplishment, yeah. I'm glad I weighed today..... I will be eating chips and salsa tonight. "Dear Lord, give me the strength to eat only a few"

Hello ladies -

Just checking in and updating stats. I have kind of loosey-goosey standards but I think I'm going to consider myself as having been off plan yesterday, mainly due to the Michelob Ultra consumed last night while watching a friend's band play their last gig.

I did at least get in 2 Pilates workouts and 1 1.5 mile walk during Friday-Thursday, so I get my exercise points this week. Yay!
