Hope y'all had a good weekend...I am having insomnia issues, so I've been up since 3 a.m. (fell asleep around 12 a.m. ). I'm so stressed trying to get everything handled before I make that 8.5 hour drive & move by myself later this week!

Oh, I ordered a WATP DVD called "Fat Burning Miles" with four workouts on it...I've never tried one of her workouts, but I'm looking for something I can do at home on days I don't go to the gym.

A New Week

Good morning to all. Hope everyone survived the weekend in more ways than one!
Diane- o.k. here it comes... my mojo for the day is: I put a pair of pants on this morning that had been so tight and uncomfortable that I never worn them. I must say I have a "weighs" to go BUT, I'm not uncomfortable in them and I think they look pretty good on! So, with that said, anything is possible and the reward is UNFORGETABLE! My day can go straight in the crapper and I will still be smiling because I got into those pants! Keep your head up and I will be thinking of you today SERIOUSLY! I want you to succeed, it makes all the difference in the world when you do.

Our weather here is yuck too. 20 for the high, it's 19 now, woo hoo.... big deal! Although they say it will be up in the 40s this week. My girls don't like that because they went snowmobiliing all weekend. My husband took them, they apparently NEVER get cold or soar or just plain miserable Oh, to be young again....

Diane, do you have any kids? What do you do when your not thinking of what NOT to eat? Me, I love to read books but more specifically true crime books, or watch it on t.v.. We have a channel that runs only that, I should have been a detective. Although- teaching 7th grade is much like being a detective....... I also love to scrapbook. Give me some pictures and I'll be busy for hours. Love to see my girls in all those silly poses. My family hates when my sis-in-law and I take out our cameras, you can hear the moans starting. To bad for them, we love to make them suffer!

Hi Ladies!

I am back in the land of the living! I feel 100% better and am hitting the gym today! I can't wait!!!! That really sucked to be sick and for a while I couldn't figure out why I was knocked out of ketosis because I thought I was still eating on plan.....duh.....I was taking Nyquil. That has to be loaded with sugar.

Oh well.

Good morning yall!

I hate mondays. Have to go to my dreaded job! My job interview is rescheduled for Wed. Thoughts, Positive Vibes and/or Prayers are much appreciated.

Can't wait to be out of there!



On another note. I made a big batch of hiney helper yesterday. That will be my meals until i run out (and protein shakes). I'm in such a lazy mood these days. No need for variety.

Have strength training planned for today. TTYS

Next time, get the Nyquil capsules. It's the same active ingredients without the alcohol, sugar, and foul taste.

Good morning everyone! I wish I could be a little more awake but I am not. I had to drag my butt into work this morning. Its dark and rainy. I really dislike the winter months in Vancouver.

Well I started my new program this morning. Let's see how well it works. I will do it this week and see if I have any weight loss. If not, I am going back to my protein shakes and a meal.

Hey Partner!! Glad to see you are back!! When I LC I never take the syrup cold meds...they are loaded with sugar...Try the pills!
