Yes Jamie, I took one on the chin for the team...or should I say "on the hair".
I'd better show at least a couple of ounces of weight loss this week, although I have to admit it wasn't THAT much hair

I'm starting to get cabin fever. We have a high in the 20's here today and I feel like I'm going into hibernation. I am quite satisfied with the amount of winter that we've had and I'm ready to move straight into spring now. Of course, it doesn't take much winter to satisfy me. So send me more of your mojo today because I'm in here having visions of stuff I shouldn't be eating

Hey everyone. Well I was on plan yesterday on both eating and exercise. I figured out that the gym treadmill is in kms. So I had 1.1 km yesterday and 4.65 this morning outside so when I convert my kms to mile (1 km=1.604 miles) it comes out to a whopping 9.25 miles. I am astounded.

Now that I have finished my workout I am relaxing watching football and practicing my knitting.

I'm reading "204 Rosewood Lane". I said I wasn't going to let Debbie Macomber suck me in on the Cedar Cove books, but I live in the real Cedar Cove (where Debbie lives). I have the third one on deck and will probably take a break and read The Fellowship of the Rings in between.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the km conversion works the other way. 1.6km = 1 mile

Hi Stacy!

I have to do laundry today, too. And clean house. I'd much rather play on the computer all day.

Good to hear that you're still on plan and working out!

I went off plan for dinner on Friday but went right back on, plus I did Pilates Friday morning *plus* walked 3 miles that evening. And all while still being sick, so I think overall I'm still doing good even though I don't get my eating on plan point for Friday.

I still haven't had a chance to make Linda Sue's Enchilada Bake and I think I'll do that today, in between laundry and house cleaning. I might also make a spinach quiche.

Thank you Angela! I saw this for for a second as I was running out of the house on Friday telling myself I was going to go back and read it...BIG mistake! The "Chatty Cathy's" of this thread gave me a run for me money! LOL

I am actually going to look into this plan...I LOVE oatmeal, and baked sweet potatoes and had found a new love in honey crisp apples...Since I went back on LC I have been mising my oatmeal for breakfast something terrible! Esp when I am still making it for the fam at breakie time!

I think these carbs will do me some good while I am training for my half marathon! And 60 per day is not bad.

Awww..Thanks Luv! I am 5'6 and wear a size 14 or a 12 stretch..Xlarge shirts. I will take a better (or should I say worse) photo of myself..this one is not showing the WHOLE thing..

Lol. Thanks partner. I thought it was kinda of far. I was thinking my own judgment of length had gone kookoo. There is no way I could have walked 9 miles in two days. So I guess that is 5.85 km divided 1.6. So that is 3.62. Still that is good. Right?

Marlette glad to help. I just finished the book and raring to start on it tomorrow.
