I'm getting ready to head to the gym. I like to go early on Saturdays and then I feel all energetic for the rest of the day.

Lucy, I hope your bloat goes away soon! That is the worst. I have to deal with it from time to time and don't know what brings it on more often than not.

Checking in.... Stayed on plan and also went out last night with my boyfriend and as we were walking on the sidewalk he said... You shadow is alot smaller now!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to kiss him right there!

Okay I am back from the gym. Got my workout in and clocked 1.1 on the treadmill. I don't know if the treadmill measures in miles or kms though. I am in Canada and I would think kms but the machine was probably made in the U.S. Anyone know? Also is the total miles for each workout or can we add them up throughout the week?

Hey...I am going to speculate here and say the machine may be defaulted to kms since you live in Canada, but can be changed to measure miles also. I would as someone who works there...

Good question....I might be wrong, but I believe the 3 miles can be done in one workout session but can you can also keep a running total for the week....Chantillian?

Hey Angela I'm just home from the gym too. After class I got a mile and a half on the elliptical and 2 on the tm (I was watching tv).
The treadmills in my gym can show either miles or km. How long did it take to do the 1.1?
Well I'd best log at ******, shower, then I may go into work for a while.

Well, I am down a pound today. Yay! I am optimistic that I will stay on plan all weekend. That is when I have the hardest time. When there is more free time to get bored and eat. But my crab legs and greek chicken salad will help with that. I exercised last night. 30 minutes on the wii and 30 minutes dance and be fit on Fitv. I actually really like that show.
Stacy- what a sad story. To think that she was wandering in the street that late is so scary. There was a situation like that here in Pittsburgh. The kids were older and there were five of them. Their mom went to a local bar and locked the younger kids in a bedroom. The house caught on fire and killed this children. Its hard to believe but there really are a lot of mothers who leave their children unattended while they party. That is so selfish.
Look at all of you working out! I want to get my sweat on. Let me see what I can do. lol.

Man, I am still out sick so only getting points for not eating. I'm only not eating because I am so sick! I still have a fever, messed up ears, tons of congestion, sore throat and am super tired. At first I thought it was just a cold, but now that I have a sore throat and SO much achey/congestion I am not sure it isn't a bit of flu or something else. Plus, I am usually the one who bounces right back in a day or two and this is getting worse!

Sigh. Sorry partner!

I WILL be better by Monday - I have too much working out to do. Plus, I have a job interview on Thursday! I need to snap out of it and get my voice back too. I don't want them to think I am a potential employee who would be sick a lot because I am hardly EVER sick!

Back to bed......

Hi everyone! Hi Diane, hi LoraHave been staying on plan which I thought the weekend would be hard but I find it's not bad. Being prepared is the number 1 key, AMEN.... Don't want to be in the kitchen and not prepared, it would be like giving me a loaded gun and an itch trigger finger!!!

Hi Back COLA Sister! Hope your weekend is going well also Ms Thang! Not sure how many points I have since the challenge started..Could you help a sister COLC sister out? I ate on plan all of last week and excersized 3 days (1 miles each day..does that count) This Friday and Saturday I ate on plan and did one mile both days again. Would I have 14 points thus far?? We need to ad our points togehter so that we can compete with all the other teams..they are rocking. (Great Job Ladies!!) I Hope my walks count...although I know that I need to bump it up a notch. I have been a stay at home Mom and couch potatoe for years so it is a improvement for me. I do think after TOM leaves I will do a walk then come home and pop in one of the DVD workouts I have. (First I need to dust them..goodness) That will be a challenge for me thats for sure.

I will be changing my profile photo soon..I have a couple 'side' shots of myself that I had taken of me the other day. Its Bad! And as someone else said..My head doesnt match my body..lol My stomach looks pregnate..and it's Hard!

I'm back! I feel great. I swam from one end to the other and these are long laps ~ I did it 12 times.

OMG.

Oh, I have gained 7 pounds in the month I did not exercise!! SEVEN.

Good morning ladies! I have MIA since Wednesday - sorry! My computer at home as a virus ( I am assuming) or maybe a bad internet connection, IDK. I have been off work and have not had access to a computer at home.

Sorry Ohlucy - my partner!!!! I hope all is going well for you and you got my private message I sent the other day!

I only got 1 day of exercise in last week (0 points for the week) but my eating was good all week (7 points).

Good morning! Got my 2 miles done...may try to do more later, but no promises How ya doin, Layla? I visited with my Mom all day yesterday and didn't eat any of the junk food (leftover fudge & cookies from xmas) I packed a lil soft-sided cooler with cheese sticks, pepperoni, protein shakes, macadamia nuts and picked up a salad @ McD's for dinner.
