I can't remember who asked about the tae bo, but I have Inspiration and Contact. I do Inspiration more than Contact, because Contact requires some blow up boppy thing and I don't have that. I can only mimic the movements, so I do the other.

yea i've backed tracked a little. Working on building my base again. So my training right now is only focused on the 5k. Then i will move on to the 10k, then the half.

I started a thread on the exercise board if u want to chat about running/prep/etc.

Lets look at a few more examples:

op: 7
Ex: 7
Bonus: 2
Total: 16

If Jackie eats on plan everday and exercises twice, she Gets 7 points.
If she ran 9 miles in those two workouts, she will get:
OP: 7
Ex: 0
Bonus: 3
Total: 10

You do NOT have to participate in bonus challenges. But then you won't win LOL

JG I think The Shack is something I want to add to my permanent collection. My husband is going to read it next. I absolutely love it.

I forgot today was weigh in day. So as it says in my stats 197.8. I am down 8.2 with two of the days I was supposed to be on my diet I did badly. I am excited to see what happens next week when I stay on point everyday. Maybe I will be like Lexi.
I will do my points in the next post.

I just had to come back on and say thank you to Dedicated for basically reminding me of how wonderful crab is. I just went major grocery shopping so that I have ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE TO GO OFF PLAN. And we bought some Russian King crab legs. OMG not only were they absolutely the best thing I have had to eat all week ( and I have had some great things) but I amso full and content. The way I feel now I don't even know if I am going to be able to eat dinner (greek chicken salad). Thank you Dedicated. That may be something I use as a reward if I stay on plan all week.

Geez I feel special now.

I guess its cuz I have a life. lol. I have 5 kids and can't be on every second cuz the computer is our sanctuary and its in our bedroom. So if I want to keep the house intact, I can't bury myself back here all the time. Much as I want to!
