Hey Rachel, that is cool that you are learning to play hockey. I just picked up flag football this past fall.

Okay partners - Lyn and Rachel beat me with a stick. I don't get my eating on plan points today. I buckled and had a bagel with cream cheese. Don't ask me why but I just did. Maybe my brain was fried and short-circuited. Believe me when I say this though I will be on plan when I get home tonight. Okay now that I have admitted to my partners and the group my sins I will go now.

If someone looked in your purse/bag, what's the most weird/odd thing in your bag? Mayonnaise packets? LOL...I stockpile them sometimes.

What's your hidden talent? Making a very realistic monkey noise...it's impressive, people.

If I said "CRABS" what's the first thing you would say? Not gonna lie...I think that you should wash your sheets and your "hair."

I was let out of work early due to the weather conditions. Its snowing and the roads are all slippery. I will be exercising with my wii fit tonight! One point for eating on plan. I got my appetite back so that was nice. I am about to have my 4th meal homemade chicken and broccoli! Hope everyones day went well.

Im at work so im playing catch up...I am proud to say i stayed on plan so thats a big plus for me but im sooooo motivated so i want allow me to fail.. i have been still soaking up all the knowledge i can about low carb cooking...looking for a good fish recipe...anyone

just asking...why are there some teams with 3 and some with 2? Before JG it seems like there was enough to make an even amount of teams with 2 players...How did you decide?

some people wanted to keep their original partners. So i think that's where the discrepancy happened.

On plan today, in fact, I've eaten very little. My stomach acted up on me this morning so I couldn't eat. My coffee didn't sit right.

The head administrator where I work has been coming to work sick all week long. I have a UTI, so I'm a little bit run down. I hope I don't get anything from her. She has hissy fits if someone else brings something into the office, but it's o.k. for her to do it.

So today's eats:

B: Coffee w/HWC
L: Portion of egg custard with HWC
S: walnuts
D: Chicken breast sauteed in butter

Forgot to say, I got my workout in. It was a SUADI moment. I didn't feel like doing it at all.

Hey Stacy! My day went well although I don't think I'm going to get a walk in like I planned. Still hurting from the Pilates yesterday and I get to go in tomorrow and do it again! Plus I'm sick so I think I'm going to give myself a break. But I have kept on plan ! Good to hear that you have been, too!

I have 3 Dana Carpender cook books and I like them. I make her crockpot Green Chile Chicken Verde a lot - so good!

Thanks! Girl, I could go on and on about the head administrator! She is one evil piece of work! She is darned lucky that there's anyone willing to work for her. Horrible woman! She has a twenty-something son that is all messed up, and I see why.

Ok this was as close as I could get to bra and panties. But it truly shows the damage I have done. My boobs always helped me to look like my stomach was ok. But my stomach sticks out more than my breasts now . Hopefully this chubby pic will motivate me to stay on track this time. I am going hard on the motivation tip because I gotta get this done. Ok but seriously I have been on here everyday since Sunday and I don't think I have seen my partner Glory. I may be mistaken but...

Oooh Rachel I just noticed you are in my hood. I better watch it. Well I was good and got back on track. I think it was the strictness of three shakes and one meal and my brain left me for a minute. I think after this week I am going to go back to my clean eating regiment and do Cooler 1 from Tosca's book. Its lowish carbs. Basically six meals of protein and veggies. Plus an apple, sweet potato and 1/2 c. of oatmeal a day. I think I do need those types of clean carbs to think straight. Please no one flame me for wanting oatmeal.
